    On September 14, 2023 I notified my case manager at HomInc and my housing coordinator at Terros that I need help paying October rent. On September 15, 2023, I sent another email stating not only do I need help and now was terminated on Thursday. I was told my portion of rent would be zero but I would still be responsible for CAM, *********************************** SRP. I paid all on time. On Thursday October 5th, I get a phone call from HomInc that they need more information in order to help me. I submitted everything they asked for and they still would not reduce my portion of rent. I made 700 in September and had to pay 772 (base Rent) for Oct rent. If they would have told me this 3 weeks ago, I would have found help or apply for financial assistance.... now it's too late!

    I am a disabled citizen and these people wrongfully took my voucher for me knowing that I'm disabled I cannot work I told them for the whole time I was in that program that I couldn't work they had no right to take my voucher for me like that cause I cannot work I'm going to *** these people because it is wrong the way they treat disabled people in the way that they ignore their phone calls and the way that dangerous treat people in general these people treat people like c*** And they think it's funny And they approve people who are disabled for apartments and in complexes that are drug dealers drug addicts almost people coming out in dangerous neighborhoods and black mold fire hazards and you name it they broken every kind of law that there is just department housing at black mold and in the building had no fire features These people put people disabled people in dangerous neighborhoods in old hotels where they are zoned correctly that's what they did to me and and they set it up to make sure I lost my voucher they plan this and that's wrong and wrongful saying I had bedbugs when I did not and I will reach out to my senator friends in the state senate and I will tell them how hom *** Negligently annoyingly puts disabled people in dangerous neighborhoods Knowing that there are dangerous neighborhoods with questionable reputatiand approve people for apartments that are old hotel rooms with mold and fire hazards and everything else and they they get funny and then when they put them there they want nothing to do with them they expect them to pay a high ridiculous mountain rent when they have the money to pay it and then Didn't they kicked them out of the program for football condition if they don't even have I will expose this agency for what it is if they do not give me my voucher back I am not kidding and I'll go as high as the federal level u I want money For all the pain and suffering that these people have put me through Or I'll take them to federal court
