I'm going to refrain from profane language. Although I must admit that. I'm very perturbed with the outcome. Of me and my daughters. Current living situation and nonchalance. I was a client since. I believe late 2018. Moving forward I was moved. Into an apartment before the move-in date. My housing specialist never informed me. That my move-in date. Was actually June ******. No more than the rental office. In fact she called me. In May to come sign the lease. Me and the rental management. Aren't on good terms for. Their failure to fix things. Within my apartment especially the ***** infestation. I threatened the management with the Attorney General. Which is why I'm being evicted. Not to mention the ridiculous fees. The housing specialist has known. But was pretending to be oblivious. As to the ongoing issues. And the role she played. About not warning me or informing me. To move in on the correct date. Her supervisor wasn't very easy. To deal with and was accusatory. About the lies that was. Being told about me from. The rental office staff about. Me supposedly not paying rent. Another issue I have with Hominc. Is the fact that my underage daughters. *** benefits were being used. To pay the 30% for the rent. Their contract states anyone that's. 18& over in the home. With an income must pay. My child and I are facing homeless. In a matter of 11 day's. I will never refer anyone to this organization. If I could give negative stars. Then by golly I would. The housing specialist has somewhere. To lay her head at night. She played a part in this. Just as well as the shady rental management.
