  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Worst service I have ever had. Turf Monsters came out performed their "Green Sweep Pro Spray" on 6-9-2025. They charged us $212.60. Not a month later and the smell of urine is back. I called their office and was told by ****** (?) that they did not perform their full service therefore there was no warranty or guarantee. I asked to speak to the manager or owner and was given to another woman who told me they could not do anything. I asked to speak to the owner and she stated he was just here but will tell you the same thing. I stated I still wanted to speak to the owner, she was rude and hung up on me. Horrible horrible horrible customer service.

  My experience with Turf Monsters in the beginning was good. **** was out and gave a quote. He wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive. I asked who would be managing the job and he said he would follow the job as it progressed. I never saw him again until he picked up a check. the problem I have is that I kept a close eye as the work was being performed. The workers started laying the turf with out spraying the ground with a vegetation or grass killer. I approached the ****** and asked why. He said his sprayer was broken. here we are 2 months later and I have grass growing through the turf. It started within 1 month. **** came out and tried to spray these individual spots and still no results.Another problem is that they pieced in little pieces maybe 1foot by 6 inches in numerous places.Thanks *** *.

  Initially, **** was polite and easy to work with until we requested they correct the issues with their work. Once we brought up the problems, his demeanor changed drastically and became unprofessional, which even our neighbors noticed. The company, operating under a CR-21 license, attempted to charge tax on a non-taxable service, which felt misleading. The workmanship was below industry standards, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter, ****, the owner, has taken no steps to make it right. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.

  The whole crew at Turf Monsters was amazing. They were professional, reliable, and did a beautiful job. Everything from planning to execution was spot on. Everything was so easy, we can't wait to do another project with them. We have absolutely zero issues or complaints. ***** ****** and his crew were wonderful to work with. We just can't say enough amazing things about our experience. Easily 10/10 in every aspect.

  We had a fantastic experience with Turf Monsters. They did excellent, quick work in our backyard. ***** was responsive and made sure that our vision and the unique aspects of our yard were taken care of. We recommend!

  We are extremely please with the quality of work ***** and his crew did on our backyard project. They were quick to get ** on the schedule and quick with install and even a rain delay. They took great attention to detail with all of the prep and finish work. I even noticed one of the men using scissors to make sure the edges looked perfect. We love our backyard now!

  Kudos to the entire team. ***** is very knowledgeable, professional and keeps constant communication.Special thanks to the install team especially ***** and *******. They are well versed in the installation and take pride in their work. Transformation is stunning.
