      If I could give zero stars, I would...Worst billing customer service ever!!! I am currently on hold and its been over 120 minutes. My insurance paid the claim yesterday , SQ harassed me every week to pay the claim even though my insurance covers it, but ***** needed more info. They now owe ME money. I had to lock my credit card so they can't dip into my money anymore! This company is awful.

      worse customer service on the billing side. 3 hour wait time on hold because web site couldn't access bill. said they need more info but didn't tell me what they wanted.

      I was referred here by my PHP. I provided my insurance information prior to the appointment. 3 weeks later I was fully billed by Sonora Quest for the entire lab visit. I called my insurance company and they told me that Sonora Quest never even submitted a claim for the lab work. I tried to call Sonora Quest billing department and was told it was over a 200 minute wait to speak to someone. Message says to 'press 1' for a callback but that does not work... Apparently many others with the same complaint, but this company continues to operate in this manner. I will be filing a full complaint with the BBB.

      Very poor reservation system. I waited an hour with one. Dont have an appointment system if you cant live up to the appointment time. This has been my third time in two years where this has happened.

      Phlebotomists are excellent. Billing is horrible. I was forced to pay upfront for my latest lab work and was told I would be credited back the amount paid ($399.00) when ******** processed the claim. ******** processed the claim and showed my portion as 0.00. This was seven weeks ago; I have not received payment. I have tried calling. The first call was a two hour wait and when I finally received a call back, we were immediately disconnected. I tried again but had to wait because it was the lunch hour. After that I was in the queue for 90 minutes but had to take a family member to an appointment. I tried calling again and was put on an indefinite hold - 150 minutes on hold and no-one answered. My husband then called on my behalf and after a nearly two-hour hold time, the agent didn't seem to understand their billing system. They told my husband they would email to us, a copy of the bill that was submitted to ********. No email received. This seems a highly dishonest way to do business. Forcing prepayment when I have both ******** and a secondary policy that pays the allowable amount on all charges that ******** doesn't cover is highly suspicious. I'm floating Sonora Quest a loan and then have to battle to get my money returned.

      I cannot get through to Sonora Quest billing to correct my son's bill. They never billed our insurance and there seems to be no way to contact them to add our insurance information for them to submit the claim. ********** Blue Shield of Arizona says they never received any claims for his date of service. My son gave them his insurance card and filled out the paperwork. Hold times are over 180 minutes and still no one answers!!! Do they even have billing office employees? To make matters worse, my son registered for a portal online and the verification questions never work. They look like they are for someone else and then say they can't verify his information. He isn't able to get his blood test results either.

      Having lab orders fulfilled process is ok. Getting the results from the website rates a zero. Cant get them. After logging onto my account I cant seem to get to the actual results. This happened last time as well. Instead of wasting my valuable time Ill just wait and contact my ** for the results. Website is completely useless

      Their labs are great, their billing is a joke. Never got any bills in 2024 and they sent everything to collections. Even the ones my insurance paid for. This year they bill it wrong and it's already in collections. There would be no need for collections if they billed my insurance correctly and then sent any outstanding balance owed to me. Have been on hold twice and never got a person each time for over 35 minutes. Unfortunately, I'm stuck with this lab as it's the only one my insurance covers. They're not getting a dime from me until they bill for it. I won't be paying any collection company either.

      **** *******, a SQ employee in the Phoenix office, was wonderful in assisting me with a positive and professional approach. He listened attentively and acknowledged my feelings. The place was immaculate and the employees were all friendly. Thank you for help today.

      I am not getting my bills, and some are being sent straight to collections. I have no problem paying the bills, but something is way off here. It's easy send me a bill, and I pay it. It's not hard. This seems like it just started in the last year. I hope they get it together soon.
