This company has moved us a few times over the last few years and do a great job. They are quick and do not waste your time stalling or being on their phones! Friendly and easy to work with. They can store your items as an added service!

I was referred to Muscular Moving Men by ***************** in *******, *********. ********** suggested that they were not a good fit for move that we had to do for a transition to *******, *******. They recommended Muscular Moving as they were based on Phoenix and had the proper trucks for the large move that we needed to accomplish. Muscular Moving Men and team did a fantastic job! Their quoted pick up time and delivery time were both met perfectly. The items arrived in perfect shape and nothing was missing. They did accidentally forget to attach a mirror to a dressor and also had a small issue assembling a desk. They came out the very next day and took care of both items, hauled off the box the mirror came in, and also fixed a chair that had a loose brace which was not even something that they were required to do. They totally went above and beyond the call and their price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Muscular Moving Men for your moving needs, both local and long distance!Muscular Moving Men & Storage

Honest and transparent. Gave me a quote, stuck to it. No crazy ad ons. Driver ***** was fantastic! Treated my furniture as if it were his own! Cannot say enough about him. Overall, 100% satisfied. 1 starI had an absolutely terrible experience with Muscular Moving Men, and I cannot stress enough how much you should avoid them. This company was referred to me by my realtor, which made me feel confident in choosing thembut that confidence was completely misplaced.****** *****, the owner and co-founder, personally set up my contract and repeatedly assured me that they were not a broker. However, after things went wrong, I discovered via an email from ***** ****** (who was later assigned to my case) that they had, in fact, used a broker to make my dates work. Why wasnt I told upfront that my dates were unworkable? This kind of dishonesty is unacceptable.The issues didnt stop there. The truck they sent had a gash in the roof, which caused water damage to many of my belongings during my cross-country move from ******* to **************. My Mac computer and antique china cabinet were destroyed, along with countless other items. Totes were broken, hardware was missing, and several items simply never arrived.Additionally, the movers showed up without the proper equipment or supplies to safely pack my breakables, which directly contributed to many of the damages. For a company charging nearly $24,000, it is beyond unprofessional not to bring the necessary materials to ensure the safety of my ************* make matters worse, my delivery was two days late, and the person in charge of my move was completely absent during unloading. ******, who initially assured me this would be a seamless process, has since gone silent and handed me off to *****, who has done little to resolve the situation.For nearly $24,000what youd pay for a new small **** expected professionalism, transparency, and care for my belongings. What I got instead was incompetence, dishonesty, and a complete lack of responsibility .Avoid Muscular Moving Men at all costs. REGRETFULLY, scheduled move from ***********, ** to ******, **. Pack date August 19, 2024. NO SHOW AND NO CALL. When I finally got through to **** in their office he assured me they would be there to pack August 20, again, NO SHOW. **** called and said Wednesday the 21st. They came all right but what I didnt realize until they unloaded and I started unpackingall the damage and breakage. My belongs were thrown into wardrobe boxes and clothing stuffed in on top. Glass items were stuffed in boxes with no wrapping; broken. The front of my refrigerator smashed in. Multiple dents in the door of my freezer. It was carnage. Muscular Moving Men website is false advertising. BUYER BEWARE! This is not a reputable company. It has been almost 60 days and Ive not heard a word about my claim.Muscular Moving Men & Storage

NEVER USE MUSCULAR MOVING MEN & STORAGE FOR ************************ sales people will LIE (while acting like "nice guys"). No one showed up on the agreed to date. No call from the driver the day before. To make matter worse, they charged a $1200 cancellation fee that is in dispute with my credit card company. I also filed a formal complaint with ******They may be okay for local AZ moves (good reviews), but when you look at the 1 star reviews (of which there are far too many) almost all are for interstate.Again, NEVER USE MUSCULAR MOVING MEN & STORAGE FOR INTERSTATE MOVES!Muscular Moving Men & Storage

1 starTerrible. Avoid at all costs. They not only broke nearly all of my furniture, many items in boxes arrived shattered. They also lost one of my pieces with no explanation or remorse. I filed my claim for over $3000 in damages and received a laughable $150. In reviews *** posted, they respond openly staying theyll make it right, and after a 10 week appeal process, I was denied again and offered the $150. Laughable, disappointing and a terrible company. AVOID!!!!!
