  My experience with muscular moving men has been a complete disaster; from the beginning, when the loading crew left after 2 hours, were late or no-shows for the 3 days it took them to load to the arrival of the truck at my new home in *********, where more than 40% of my belongings were damaged, destroyed or missing. They hired unskilled workers to carefully pack everything, as Id hired them to do, almost nothing including all my fragile kitchen ware, *****/crystaletc were covered in one sheet of newsprint and thrown in huge boxes underneath heavy appliances!!! By Cannondale mountain bike arrived with the wheels off and bent, the frame also damaged and mangled. My Vespa was also in pieces: the windshield removed and scratched, the rear view mirrors missing, the assembly for the mirrors/windshield/turn signals all missing. So both are unusable, the bike totaled, so I was left with NO transportation when they left! And to make things even w, they havent responded to my request for help to replace my bike and Vespa asap so I would be able to get around. Nothing but defensiveness , after an initial response from one person who assured me that they would be accountable for all the damage and losses. Since then Ive been unable to reach anyone but the general manager, who has been disputing my purchase of tier comprehensive insurance rather than the basic, which is a joke. I repeatedly told my salesman, ******, and the driver, *****, specifically that I definitely wanted the comprehensive insurance; they both understood and indicated that they would include it in the contract. Evidently they did not, and there isnt a place for the customer to check it off, so now *****, the gym, is saying that I didnt pay extra for it!!! I was told it was included in the total !! This is so egregious, and the absolute disregard for protecting my belongings borders on, or is, fraudulent. Im in contact with my lawyer, so waiting to see what he says before proceeding.

  We have been in constant communication with you, emphasizing the importance of receiving the signed claim document from you. Unfortunately, not having received it has hindered our ability to progress with the necessary procedures. Despite this setback, we have strived to keep you informed about the status of your claim.
  We acknowledge that the damage to your bike and Vespa, upon their return, must have been distressing for you, and we deeply regret any inconvenience caused. Upon reviewing the photos and descriptions you provided, it was evident that both vehicles remained functional. As a result, we are unable to cover the cost of new replacements, as per the coverage option you had initially selected and signed for.
  We understand that you may find this situation frustrating, and we empathize with your perspective. However, it is crucial to note that our hands are tied by the policy you agreed to, and we are unable to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
  We appreciate your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for any shortcomings. Our utmost priority is to find a resolution that satisfies both parties. We kindly request that you reach out to us so that we can work together toward a mutually agreeable solution.

  Our move was estimated to take 4 hours. It took 8. Upon arrival the driver **** was courteous and prompt, thats the best thing Ill have to say. The crew however was 2 hours late to start the move. We discussed marking items to be unloaded at the destination first as we would need them in our temporary housing. We positioned these items and marked them apart.They broke for lunch 2 hours into the move and upon returning wreaked of marijuana, played music with explicit lyrics, and discussed after hours shenanigans all in front of our children. Upon arriving at our destination a cat ran out of the truck. We do not have a cat. We have a daughter with severe excezma who is allergic to cats. Yet the cat ran out of our stuff, the cat also pooped on our stuff. Yes pooped. When we returned to the delivery location we discovered they had stacked everything against the back door, our custom Tempur-pedic mattress was not in the mattress bag or blanket as it should have been and was significantly ripped. Boxes marked Fragile were buried.Cat f**** smears were found on at least 2 items. In attempting to find our safe we could see numerous other potentially damaged items based on location and weight of what was put on top of them. The company was contacted immediately on the move out day regarding the unprofessional behavior and leave behinds, as well as at delivery of the cat issue. The driver confirmed the events as described by my husband both on the move out day and delivery day. We were told we would be reimbursed for damaged items and the claim would be left open till we moved to our permanent location. We have this in writing (email) and a note was put in our file.Fast forward 6 mos and as we are arranging to move to our final destination we reach out to determine how to submit for the damaged items. We are informed that they by ***** (GM), they will not honor the previously stated resolution and that the employees we had previously dealt with are all gone.

You have had the claim form for months and to this day we have yet to receive a statement of claim after giving you multiple extensions beyond the agreed upon time frame to submit documentation.   I used Muscular Moving Men for a short move of under 5 miles when I moved from my 2-bedroom apartment to a condo. Obtaining an estimate and scheduling with Muscular Moving Men was incredibly easyeven though I had a cold and had lost my voice. *** asked me for a general list of items to be moved, which I provided to him by email. He responded with an estimate and confirmed their availability for the date I had hoped to move. I signed a form or two electronically, gave them my credit card for a small deposit, and *** arranged to have the truck and a crew at my place in just a few days to move me.As promised, the movers called me before arriving to let me know they were on their way. And they even arrived early, which was great! The three movers on the job were incredibly polite and very motivated to move me quickly and do a good job. But they did better than a good job; they did a great job! My sister was so impressed with their professionalism, she told me that they will be using Muscular Moving Men when her youngest son moves out of their home.Im still going through boxes and bins, but I have yet to find any damage from the move. I would like to thank my moving crew, led by **, for doing such a great job! Based on my experience, I would definitely use Muscular Moving Men again.

  Wow, where to start... DO NOT use this company. They talk and promise that they will take care of your stuff and they break and steal. The first day of packing was ok except they were very persistent over getting a tip. It went downhill from there. I moved from ******* to *************. Once my stuff got to **, it was really bad. They filled a room from floor to ceiling with boxes.... Fragile boxes were on the bottom and heavy boxes thrown on top and items in the fragile boxes were broken. They damaged a fireplace and our pellet stove which was brand new. They also helped themselves to the food that was in our kitchen. We had stored food for when we arrived in the event that we arrived in a snowstorm. I expected that food to be there and it wasn't. That was unprofessional and they took no accountability for that.They will disassemble items and lose the fittings. The *** *****, takes no accountability and is dismissive about this. There was no need for them to disassemble what they did. I bought the insurance and followed their claim process which is an absolute joke. I had over $6500 in damage/loss.... *****'s offer of resolution was not acceptable. I would have to pay $**** deductible to get anything back. What they offered after I paid deductible was ****....so I would have to pay **** to get $200 back. This place needs to be investigated and I recommend no one use this place. I feel bad for their employees because if they treat their customers like I was treated, they probably treat the employees worse.This really needs to be 0/5 or 0/10....DO NOT USE !!!!

  Hello ******, we are so sorry that your move did not go without incident. We appreciate your review as this provides us with ways that we can improve. However, please note, your claim was closed by ***** in accordance with our policies and the signed agreement we have on file for your move. Also, to correct your previous statement, we did not pay you out $200, after your deductible we are paying you out at just over $1200. Some of the items that are being claimed as missing were not on the original inventory and we are, unfortunately, unable to prove if we had moved them or not. Again, we are so sorry that you were not satisfied with your level of service and will strive to continue to do better.

  I didn't initially understand the deductible but their resolution isn't even close to what it will cost to replace everything they destroyed. I accepted their resolution to be done with this company because I just want to start replacing my things. I stand by my review and would like to add that we also got someone else's clothes in our sealed boxes.... can't understand how that would happen.... They take no accountability for when they disassemble your items. Basically, once they disassemble your items, they won't cover it even if you purchase insurance. The customer is blamed. It took multiple emails to their GM telling them they have issues for him to finally acknowledge the issues. Please go read their other reviews as you will see many commonalities to what my complaints were. If I could do this move over again, I would have donated all my furniture and just rented a ****** truck and done it myself. It would have been less expensive and I would have my stuff intact.

  Very stellar performance all around from MM&M. The initial customer service rep was very helpful and friendly, and was very patient and flexible while I confirmed my moving dates on a new-build home. On the day of the move, the guys were on-site 10 minutes early and got straight to work. They were incredibly fast and efficient, but took the necessary precautions to preserve the furniture. While moving the things into the new house, they took the time to ask where everything should go and were patient with us as we decided where we wanted to put things. Very satisfied with this service, and I would highly recommend these movers as the pricing was very competitive as well!

  Our move crew was outstanding. They showed up right on schedule and wasted no time getting to work disassembling and packing the truck. They were careful and respectful. I would recommend them to anyone!

  This is our third move with Muscular Moving Men and I continue to have great experiences. The team of **** and ***** called to let us know they were on their way, arrived promptly, were professional and efficient and worked tirelessly. They were obviously experienced and knew how to load our belongings in their truck. They delivered to a storage unit and I honestly could not believe how they were able to strategically load everything in the unit with room to spare. I'll definitely call them again when it's time to move again!
