    Used this company to move in June. I had asked for my furniture to be wrapped, specifically my white fabric couch. Upon arrival, they brought my couch in, not wrapped. It was filthy and worn on corners from them trying to get it into my apartment. It has now been 4 months trying to get ahold of a manager to see if there was a solution. They are now ignoring me after saying they would partially reimburse my couch cleaning service I got done (used **** a month after moving since I wasnt hearing back from them). Said they wouldnt refund full amount because they wouldve used a cheaper company.I paid the moving company $225 Groupon Additional $140 directly to company and $20 when they arrived for wrapping moving supplies which was in cash. I then had to pay **** to come clean my couch for $264 which was the cheapest known company I could find (9ft sectional couch with ottoman )

    We contacted this company for our move from *******, Az to *******,Ca.After looking at our household we were quoted $6000.00 to be paid by 2 cashier checks of $3000.00 ea.- one at time of packing & move & one upon arrival & unload. The packing began on 3/11/24-- with completion & loading of truck on 3/12/24. We had used this company previously in 2022 when we moved from our sold home to this condo at **************************************** that time they had a full crew & move was completed with no problems. This move was very different- only the owners showed up to pack & it took them the whole day pack up kitchen, china cabinet, & partially pack remainder of less than 1400 sq.ft. Condo. 2nd day two helpers showed up to help finish packing & load truck. We had. no reason from previous move not to entrust our items to them. The owners drove the truck to ***** where on 3/13/24 we met them at home with real estate agent & two extra men they had hired to help unload. Previous owner had left furniture that was supposed to be gone so they had to remove it before unloading our furniture. They charged us additional $550.00 for this. During move extras broke an antique phone & irreplaceable vase( from our Japanese exchange student in 80s.) The owners took phone to repair & return which they keep promising along with $100 for vase but still havent sent. When trying to contact them they wont answer phone - just sent a couple emails.During our unpacking we have found multiple items from garage, master ***************** & especially kitchen missing. Its as if items wanted were picked out & put in specific boxes that didnt make the trip. Ex. Large multi packs of Charmin,Puffs, mop heads for o-cedar mop, brand new secret deodorant,Caress body wash, Clarks sandals( black) items from pantry- multiple canned goods & cooking items- sauces, etc. Also missing many other kitchen items- measuring cup set, olive oil ******************* including plastic squeeze bottle for basting etc. kitchen sink cleaners-& stainless holder -as well as Several spices. Both my hair ************ drying brush were left in basket & found by cleaners after move. & Unfortunately were discarded.This situation has caused us much stress & anxiety.We are asking for return of our property & $500.00
