    F RATING - DOES NOT PAY EMPLOYEES WORKING ALL THESE MOVING JOBS & THEN WORKING ALL THOSE HOURS AND HANGING UP ALL THOSE CHRISTMAS LIGHTS AND THEN NOT GETTING PAID FOR MY WORK. HAPPY HOLIDAYS DOUCHE BAG . THANKS FOR CHEATING YOUR WORKERS. I SHOULD CONTACT THE LABOR DEPARTMENT TO FILE MY REPORT AND A ATTORNEY.***** IS THE DEFINITION OF A SCUMBAG.SO IF HES DOING THIS TO HIS OWN EMPLOYEES. I WONDER WHAT ELSE HE IS UP TOO. IM THINKING ABOUT CALLING THE *** TO CONDUCT A TAX AUDIT ALSO ON SOFT TOUCH MOVING AND MAGIC TOUCH HOLIDAY LIGHTING.NO ONE SHOULD EVER HAVE TO PUT IN THAT MUCH LABOR ,THAT MANY HOURS AND NOT GET PAID.IM HAPPIER NOW THAT I FOUND A JOB THAT PAYS ME .THIS IS A HORRIBLE BOSS AND COMPANY.THIS IS WHY HE HAS TO USE GROUPON TO FIND WORK .F RATING !!!!!     We purchased a Groupon for their services, they started to unload my stuff and moved it to the back of the truck, when they lifted it into the truck they said they saw a cockroach come from my table desk, which is impossible, its just a table. They said they werent going to move me and put all my furniture back and left. I have already paid them and when I tried to call and work it out the owner hung up on me I continue to try to call and it went straight to voicemail, I would not ever use them again and I recommend that no one else does either. This left me stranded with no movers.

    The most laughable about this company is the name. There's nothing soft about their moving service . They have very unprofessional movers, and office staff. When I tried to dispute the time being charged, the mover kicked and broke my table. Naturally I called the office to complain and I was treated with the outpost disrespect, being accused of lying and offering no retribution for my purposely broken table

    I would give 0 stars if it allowed. As a tired ICU nurse I was hopeful they would be a good company but they ended up not being. They only had to move 6 items and badly damaged one. A manager and claims person was suppose to contact us but so far no one is responding. My main concern for a response is for someone to explain why one of the drivers reached over my daughter who has sensory issues, grab her phone and put in their own 5 star rating which left her shocked. No apology. One female worker that we last spoke to said it was my daughters fault that the mover did that and this lady went on forever blaming my daughter for being present. I would really like our furniture repaired but mainly I want someone to explain how his actions are professional and acceptable to the company. Im still waiting weeks later from a claims person or manager and conveniently no one has been answering the phone.
