I obtained this service in October 2024 for one of my trucks and after a month of not using the service I emailed their support team to cancel. They offer a phone number to support however no-one has ever answered the phone. I have emailed their support team numerous time over the past four months to cancel. They keep charging me $150/month and will not return my emails or phone calls.Initial Complaint

The subscription ran out I renewed it and was charged $39.99 4-5 times I was reimbursed threw apple for 3 charges then only 0.4cents and 0.5 cents for the remaining two charges *********** will not answer the phone nor emails I have spoken to them via live chat and they insist everything is ok My app still doesnt work and was told I would be granted access to the app until a staff member can contact me to purchase another subscription ************ was bought by a bunch of Indian scammers and they are stealing money Im a truck driver and depended on that app for gps Now Im out a bunch of money with no service Nobody answers the phone and I only receive generic emails from them Was told last night my app would continue to work this morning until I could purchase new service This morning I had an alert asking why I canceled my subscription I mentioned reporting them to you and was told we have outstanding ****** reviews Im telling you this company is a scamInitial Complaint

I purchased the gold trucker path app May 12 2024. I called a man named **** from *******. He got me set up for automatic pay for $9.99 per month. On June 13 at 7 am at work and logged in the trucker path app it was discontinued and a offer for another trucker path diamond came up in the gold app I purchased. I tried to back out and start my trip over but the app was locked in to the diamond offer and I am a truck driver and I had to stop to try to get my purchase gold app to work, the only thing to work was a Free trial for the diamond app, so I pushed the bar, I called **** who set up the Gold app purchase in May. He told me I had to go to ****** and request a refund, I did and ****** told me to go cancel in the play store and I did and trucker path was supposed to refund the $119.99 and they refuse, they blame ****** and ****** says they have to refund because I cancel the subscription and now they refuse. This was also put on my credit card that I have had to remove all together because of this. Trucker path app is not all they claim to be but my main use is only for rest area and truck parking. Trucker path took the money out of my bank account for the Gold app I agree to and then charged me $119.99 to my credit card and I did everything between them and ****** I was told and they are refusing to give the money back to the credit card. There's got to be something done about this, this is theft.Business Response

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The customer subscribed to one of our third party reseller(Google) that is why we are unable to process any refund and can only provide technical support. We do have multiple third party reseller in-which they handle all billing concern for subscriptions that was purchased through their platform.
The best course of action at this point is to raise the concern with our third party reseller(Google) regarding ************************** billing subscription refund concern.

As of last August/Sept I have called and email asking Trucker path to cancel service since we have not used their service since last year, finially spoke to someone this Febuary providing the same information. After waiting for the agent to chat with someone and being on hold off and on for about an hour I was told I would get a call back about this and get it taken care of, NOT a sould called me back (unprofessional). I like to have it cancelled and have funds returned as I have asked may times.Business Response

In September my agreement with Trucker Path ELD Pro ended They talked to see if I wanted to renew the contract and I told them no.I told them that the service had many problems and that I did not feel satisfied with the service.I also told him that we would remove all the trucks in service.On October 13, 2023 they charged $1239 for all trucks...They sent me an email that they were going to refund, they never refunded and now they do not answer the phone or emails.Initial Complaint

I have been using the paid app called Trucker Path since September, 2022. I was using the diamond plan which costs $30/**. Last month, I realized I could use a lower plan called the gold plan and end up only paying $9/mo. I therefore changed the plan. However, this change was not updated with ****** Play, through which the plan was paid for. Therefore, I was charged again for the diamond plan this month, on top of the payment I have already made for the gold plan. I paid for a full year in advance. I requested to both Trucker Path and ****** Play for a refund of the payment made for the diamond plan this month, however, I was denied that refund.This is theft. This is abusing corporate power and stealing from the consumer. My letter to Truckers Path Eld Pro. Hello. I signed up for you truckerpath ELD PRO on 4/28/23. I have been calling multiple times per day for the last five weeks because my mileage summary within the TruckerPath ELD PRO portal only displays 114 miles for the second quarter. I average about ****** per quarter.Your support team never answers the phone so I end up calling the agent that signed me up originally. He can't help me and keeps saying support will call me back day after day. Two weeks ago I finally received a call from the support team and was told a debug report had to be initiated from the truck. That was done and by the way the deadline to submit my IFTA and ******** passed on 7/30/2023, it is now 8/9/2023 With out the summary I can't complete my IFTA or CT for second quarter and now it's late so I will be charged penalty fees for both IFTA and CT when and if I do received the summary and am able to file.I have requested a refund for this ELD service because I have paid for a service that Truckerpath can't seem to provide,the product is not working as they advertised but your Representative won'tt call me back.After five weeks of constant phones calls, being disconnected after very long wait times and no one can seem to help me.In the trucking industry an ELD is required and the ability to retrieve the mileage summary is the reason I paid and signed up with your company. I am greatly disappointed in the service and the product. If I had of know this would be the end result I would not have purchased your product. I paid $519.00 for a useless product and very poor customer service.Please see attached. I would like to request a full refund basically I feel as though I have been scammed out of my money.
