    We paid for a year's service for Electronic Log Device for our trucking company. At the end of the first quarter, I was informed that they did not calculate fuel usage for IFTA so I did it the old fashion way but used thier mileage report. I am trying to file for the second quarter and I cannot get a fuel or mileage report. I am going back through every single log and bill to calculate mileage by hand. This is a service that we paid for. I would like to cancel their service and receive my money back for the remainder of the year as they are not providing the services agreed to. I have called every number at least 20 times and I get a recording that it is not convenient for them to answer. The attached report is the one I can get which shows driving .62 miles for the entire quarter.

    Transaction Dates: June 9th, 2023 and July 9th, 2023 Amount Paid: $59.98 Service ********************* membership for a freight dispatching business Summary:In early June 2023, I bought a load board membership from a freight dispatching business to find profitable loads for my owner operators. The free version was limited, and I had prior success with a competitor called DAT. However, Truckers Path's load board had a broken search function, showing irrelevant results, making it unusable for business purposes. The business didn't resolve the issue or respond to my requests for cancellation, charging me for another month despite my dissatisfaction.Receipt #:Receipt #****-8532 (June 9th, 2023)Receipt #****-8686 (July 9th, 2023)Conclusion:Truckers Path's load board service failed to meet expectations, causing frustration and hindering my dispatching efforts. I advise caution to potential buyers considering their product and services.

    On June 23 2023 I tryed a 7 day free trial on the app called Trucker App. On the 7th day without informing me or calling me to ask or tell me, took out $214 from my mastercard depit card. On the Monday I noticed someone charged my account. My bank had to investigate and notified me a few days later that it was this trucker app but I never gave permission to take that much. I looked into it and they took a 2 year payment off my card without asking me. I called them and I said that this was my rent for the 1st of July so I didn't want the app but if they want to charge me for a full month that is $15 that's fine but I need that money back for my rent I told them i didn't give them permission to take that money. They told me they can't do anything they won't give my money back. I don't understand why they would do that to a possible customer but they just don't care. Iv never been scammed before till now but am I supposed to never trust anything on the internet anymore I'm not sure. Please help me try to get my rent money back please

    I filed a return *** never used because I couldn't register my other truck, The *** was returned December 19 2022 I'm trying to call never reach the right person, they never call me back for this situation and they haven't returned my money.
