Terrible customer service and overall experience. We had been searching for a specific vehicle with specific options for months. We found exactly what we were looking for at **** **** and purchased the vehicle in October of 2024. We traded in two vehicles as part of the deal. After 30 days we still didnt have a permanent plate so called the dealership and we were told they will issue another temporary tag. Another 30 days go by and we still didnt have permanent registration. December 23rd we received a call from the dealership stating that they were not going to be able to obtain a title and our financing would not go through. They said we needed to find another vehicle on their lot or return the vehicle right away. None of the vehicles they had met our expectations. They had already sold our vehicles so they offered to write us a check for our trade in vehicles. They put us at a major disadvantage as we now had no vehicle and were forced to rush into finding and were unwilling to do anything to make up for their lack of due diligence. They did not miss the opportunity to try and upsell us a vehicle that was way over our budget. When we returned the vehicle they didnt even have the courtesy to apologize for the inconvenience. We leased a vehicle elsewhere because we refused to do any more business with them. We ended up spending more time haggling with other dealers and ultimately are paying almost 30% more. This place is disgraceful and I would highly discourage anyone from doing business with them.

I'M STILL WAITING FOR AN UPDATE!!! Horrible support! I bought a cargo van recently and have been trying to get answers on how to cancel tons of additional warranties they added to my contract. No answers at all! You know a real company when you need to solve a problem! After this review, Mr. ***** ****** reached out to me, but I couldnt take his call at that moment. I tried calling him back several times over consecutive days, left numerous messages, and even sent an email on 10/29/24 to davidmeyer but still havent received any response.

**Awful customer experienced ever, Rate this place -100% No Stars at ALL!! This shop had my Vehicle for almost a month. Poor communication ever since I left my car at their shop my car was starting on with no problems. The reason I took it there was cause , I bought this car at that dealership. I had taken it there before as they appear to be a serious shop. I only needed a Diagnostic since my car started to pop up ************* error messages. However It all started when, I dropped off my car on a Friday afternoon with service Advisor ******, my car was running (meaning it would turn on and off) with no problem, the car, never turn off or left me stranded. A week went by and no calls or updates was shared with me until , I kept calling for updates. first, they lost my keys, then when I called then back again found out by ******, a new key was needed to be ordered in order for my car to be moved to the area to get it checked at, another week went by, new key got there and then I called them back again and I was told my car would Not start with the new key or the old key after it was found. I was blamed that my car already was having issues and when I Escalated why it had to take long for my car to be looked at I was never given an answer, other that there was a miscommunication. I was promised that due to all of the poor service and due to my car was not turning on anymore, the Director had approved the part that was possibly causing my car not turning on,i was going to be replaced at no cost, since my car was running . A final Diagnostic that i was not given until the day I spoke with Director ****,via phone after Escalanting the issue more than once,he had No Sympathy or integrity of the business he is representing. He was very disrespectful and now has left me straded with no car to take my kids to school. Now I will have to fix my car on my own.How sad to see how Bad business practices continue to happen/customers like me there isn't much can be done!

Approximately six weeks ago, I purchased a 2022 TRX from your establishment, which came with ****** miles. ***** I initially commended the simplicity and efficiency of the buying process, my recent service encounter has left me deeply disappointed.Last week, the "check engine" light illuminated on my TRX, prompting me to visit your service department. Upon arrival, I met with ****, who advised me to bring the vehicle in later that week. I duly dropped it off on Tuesday, emphasizing the urgency of having it promptly serviced, considering the critical role this truck plays in my daily routine.During the drop-off, I inquired about a loaner vehicle, as my salesperson had informed me that it was standard practice for factory warranty vehicles. However, I was informed that the dealership would only cover a 24-hour period for a loaner. Despite this limitation, I patiently waited for an update. Unfortunately, after two days, I decided to visit the service department for clarification, only to learn that my truck hadn't even been assessed yet, with no clear timeline for when it would be addressed.Seeking further clarification, I requested to speak with a manager. ***** he assured me of his follow-up, regrettably, I never received any communication from him thereafter. The lack of communication and transparency throughout this process is deeply concerning. I couldn't help but wonder about the purpose of scheduling an appointment if it didn't translate into prompt attention for my vehicle, and it went to the end of the line In essence, I find myself in a situation where I've barely made a payment on a significant investment of $100,000, only to encounter issues prematurely. To compound matters, I'm now faced with the prospect of incurring approximately $50 per day for a rental, with no clear indication of when my truck will be serviced. I urge you to investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate actions to ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future.

Responded to Ad on last call Chargers 2023 SXT by *****************. They had Big Ad on their website stating $15,000 off ****. During negotiations of about five days...the price kept going up, up, up. The last offer made I was told that due to a market value increase,...that's one that happened in 5 days...they were only offering $10K off....I was told, by supervisor and salesman that this ..$27 100 was the best price...and this was out the door!!..then they send me offer stating the charger was now over $30,000!....when they started, some of the chargers were priced at $20,398...I guess after a response or two they decided they could get more, regardless of what they advertised. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that if the **** is $36,420...$15K off...starting price should be $21,420...they think that you are stupid! Total greed, total pot lot mentality. Oh yeah, this happened on Memorial weekend, and this is one Viet Nam Veteran who was treated like I was not real smart. In case you haven't heard, there is the highest record number of cars 10 years or older on the road today than any other time. This is because of the high increase of price of new vehicles, and this is a good example of corporate greed and what's happening to our country...companies like this....$$$$$ is bottom line so to speak. I see that there are other complaints of the false advertising for this company, should maybe do some research before visiting. At this time, this Veteran wouldn't recommend.

Zero Stars tried to buy 2023 charger at advertised and emailed price. Which says everyone's price on it. I even went up to 24k out the door. No Go, Best price they would give is $25,600 which is $4,600 above asking price. Also Beware they are going to add 400 for window tint on top of whatever price they wanna make up..

We are sorry we were not able to make a deal with you, but we always honor our advertised prices. Unfortunately, in this instance there are certain credit qualifications (which are spelled out on our website) required to receive an extra rebate from the finance company, ********************* We spoke about this with you, but if you would like to revisit your particular credit situation in a more private forum, please reach out to us again. As for the rest of the $4,600 you mentioned, we assume you are referring to tax and license, which are sadly unavoidable.

Untruthful Advertising. I had an appt to see a used truck, confirmed it was still available 1 hour prior to arriving. 15 minutes before I arrived the sales man called me to say It just drove off the lot. This was in ******* and i had an appt at the ***************** in San Tan at 5:00. Called and confirmed the truck was still available and was told yes. 4:45 a different sales person called to tell me truck was just sold - but they had others. Two different locations with the same scenario! Next day i received an email from ******* stating truck price was lowered!!! Had a friend call the dealership and was told trucks were still available. This dealership is not trustworthy and uses faulty advertising to bait you. After my experience i went on yelp and found out others had been victims of them as well.

We understand the disappointment you must feel after missing out on a truck that you were interested in. However, we would urge you to reconsider your review. The vehicle you were interested in absolutely existed, as all of our inventory does. It just happened to sell to a nice retired couple from Pine shortly before you were able to get here. We would like to point out that our consultant did call you prior to your arrival, which is the opposite of a bait and switch tactic. If we were a dirty dealer wouldn't we wait until you arrived to break the bad news? He also texted you two hours prior to that phone call. "Hi ***, just to let you know, you can place a deposit on this truck to ensure no one comes in and starts a deal before you get here." You're absolutely correct about one thing though, the great prices we post are definitely designed to get you in the door, but they are also meant to sell cars, not make people mad. Again, we understand how disappointed you must've been to receive bad news, in rush hour, after a long drive, but we can assure you that we were 100% honest with you. I would invite you (or anyone) to come down to our location and we can go through our posted inventory together. We promise that we will be able to show you/account for every single vehicle on our website.

I bought a truck from this dealership on August 28th, I work in field where I interact with a lot of people and a majority of them said to use this specific dealership. I needed a newer & bigger vehicle due to my family getting bigger and I had a family trip coming up so thought I would take advantage of this beautiful Silverado they had. Everything went smoothly, salesman was great, only complaint I have is I didnt get my spare key programmed so I currently only have one. Its been a couple weeks since I purchased the vehicle and everything was going great until today. I finally took my family on vacation in my new truck, no issues until we drove back today. About in an hour into my trip my RPMs dropped and the engine light came out. I pulled over to make sure everything was okay and even waiting about an hour hoping it would reset and it didnt. Luckily I made it home and Im hoping its nothing major but the dealers response was not what I expected. I called in and told them and they told me to take it to ***** since its through the manufacturer. Mind you, I havent even made the first payment. Extremely disappointed in their response and attitude towards the situation. I work for a really big company and the customer comes first always and in this situation I feel as they just got my money and forgot about me. I will never use this place again and will definitely pass the word along to everyone I know and interact with.

I had a horrible experience at ***************** on ************** the week of 28th. I test drove a 2022 Jeep xe on a Wednesday evening and on Thursday morning I contacted ****** as soon as the dealership opened and told him that I wanted to purchase the car. We discussed how to proceed and were in the midst of working out final financing details when ****** called me at approximately 11 am to tell me that another party was interested in the vehicle and was coming to see it at 2 pm. I asked ****** what I needed to do to secure this vehicle. He informed me that I needed to put down a deposit, which I immediately did. I completed the financing paperwork, per *********************** direction, and ***** told me that he would have an answer in 10 minutes. I did not hear back from either ****** or ***** until I got a text at 6:26 pm from ****** informing me that they sold the car. The bottom line is that Thursday was the last day of the month, so these employees were looking for the fastest deal that they could get, regardless of how this affected potential new and future customers.I did speak to ****, a manager at the dealership, about this and he was apologetic. However, that does not change the situation. I have been looking for this particular car (color, mileage, model) for 6 months. Additionally, the new salesman, *******, lost commission on this car. Very unfair to him and a horrible climate for any employee, especially a new one.I feel that this dealership promotes underhanded, unethical, cut-throat business tactics. I am still getting emails from them asking for my business and if my questions were answered. I always reply and explain the situation but NEVER hear back. I'm sure that ******************* be interested in hearing about the business conducted by two of his employees and how this is affecting his business.I should have looked on Yelp before even visiting this dealership. Bad reviews. Unfortunately, I can't give ZERO stars or else I would. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

********************, we are very sorry to hear about the outcome of your recent experience. It can be extremely frustrating to miss out on a vehicle you want. However, we would like to point out that you have heard back from us.We had two different managers that excel in making our customers happy, reach out to you to try and offer solutions. You said the only action that would be acceptable to you would be for us to pull the Jeep away from the customer that came into our showroom and purchased it. Unfortunately, this was just not an option as that customer was equally invested in getting the Jeep they wanted.
