    Called the front desk, called ****, called **** few times after they installed (6 months and a year after the installation) and even provide them with videos on how the pavilion they built is leaking and they told me they will come and fix but never came after 2 years.

    I would have given 0 stars but that was not an option. I had a patio cover installed in 2023 and then ordered a shade for the front, paying the deposit in October. In December, I was told the shade had shipped from the manufacturer but would arrive too late to be installed by Christmas. In January, the owner showed up to remeasure the opening saying he had screen in his storage area and wanted to make sure he delivered the correct one. shortly afterwards, I was told the screen had never been ordered and we mutually agreed that the contract would be cancelled and my deposit refunded. I received the refund in mid February.In the mean time, there is a leak between the house and the patio cover. The maintenance team have been to my house twice now to fix the leak and it is no different than when I first reported it. I now e-mail every week but have not received a reply for over a month.

    Arizona Master Shades promised to install a shade in October of last year after we paid for half of the shade. We call the company repeatedly to find out what is happening but no one cares to call us back, including the owner who said he would call. Very disappointing to say the least! We cannot recommend this company to anyone we know as we have not been treated fairly or professionally. We would not want others to experience this frustration!

    Arizona Shade Masters is an incredible company with an exceptional team of professionals. **** and his team do an amazing job. The entire process from design, permitting and construction was smooth and carefree. Each team we encountered, construction, electrical and finally landscaping were dedicated and it was clear they took pride in their work. Our Patio cover is exceptional. When we encountered a minor issue, they responded in an instant. We love your work and enjoyed meeting and working with your team. If your clients want a reference, please give them our name and number. ************ ***********

    I couldn't be more displeased and disappointed. I contracted this company to install a Pergola in my yard. The top was to be 2" poles, spaced 1" apart for maximum shade over my patio table. Instead, when they finally installed, the poles were 3", spaced 3" apart because they didn't have enough. I have contacted them to correct the issue but to date no avail. I heard from them on 27Jun stating the new poles would be received in a couple weeks. That was the last I have heard from them.Additionally, when they dug the holes for the four posts, they left the dirt all over my patio. After several attempts and promises to remove the dirt, I paid my landscaper $100 to remove. I have sent them a notice in writing that I want the contract terminated, at no additional cost, as I don't intend to pay them another cent. I just want them out of my life so I can get another firm to fix my Pergola.Looks like I should have read the reviews before contracting this company!
