*** is a true professional that not only knows his craft but enjoys it. He did a great job thoroughly tuning our (very old!) piano while answering questions and providing lots of helpful information. I have used *** ******** to tune my baby grand piano for years. He does such an excellent job, and if Im lucky when hes done, I actually get a little mini concert! *** is, by far, the best piano tuner I've ever used. His work speaks for itself in the sound of my piano, but he is also personable and professional. He's always on time, is easy to reach, and is sensitive to the nuances of each piano. I also appreciate that he tunes by ear and plays the piano when he's finished. *** is so knowledgeable, very kind, and did a fantastic job tuning our hand-me-down piano for my son. He made sure we understood what he was going to do and was very transparent with how much things would cost.
