*** is confident, friendly and excellent tuning and playing piano. *** arrives on time, stays in touch with reminders that it is time once again to get my piano tuned. The first piano he tuned for me was 30 years ago. It is a rare talent, and I feel fortunate to have met him and retain contact with him all these years later.He has my appreciation and respect.
