      Robin's plumbing was referred to me by someone else. I wanted a second opinion on some things so I asked if they would go out to my place and check the pipes for me. ***** was great to deal with on the phone and ***** was also great to deal with. I would recommend Robin's plumbing to anyone.

      ****** was very knowledgeable and efficient, and was able to perform a thorough flush of my hot water tank. He did go over options to replace my hot water tank, which I may consider doing in the near future. Overall, I'm very pleased with the service.

      Had our tankless electric water heater start giving us some issues, and Rheem had Robins as the closest manufacturer-approved plumber that worked on tankless. Robins got back to us after a day and sent someone over that evening. The original tech left that day after being unable to contact Rheem support as they were closed for the day on the east coast, and would come back the next day. They made sure to leave us plenty of marketing materials to ensure a positive review. The following day, the tech did manage to get in touch with Rheem support, but came back with no real answers, saying that what they thought was the issue wasn't, and instead they recommended replacement of the unit due to it being undersized. That has not been the case, as we've had zero issues with flow rate over the 3 years it's been in service. We were told we'd receive two quotes, one for repair and one for replacement. Several days later, we received a quote for just replacement, and a follow up email said that they spoke with the local representative and manufacturer and it was not repairable. This is contrary to the call we placed to Rheem with another plumber after being left with an unsatisfactory result for $200 in just site visit and diagnostic fees from Robins, where Rheem walked us through diagnosing the problem and pointed out exactly where to buy the parts from. We will be using that plumber to repair our unit, a plumber that did not charge any sort of call out or diagnostic fees.

      Everyone from my initial call to emergency service to the man at my door was professional, kind, informative and reassuring. **** kept me well informed as to the time of my service and ******* was awesome to work with clearing out my problem quickly. I have used Robin's plumbing on several.occassions and remain impressed.

      Thankyou Robins Plumbing for traveling across town to help us with our plumbing issues. You were patient and helpful even when we can be nervous and upset when the water doesn't flow through our happy home. We will be recommending you to our neighbors.

      We found a water issue by our water heater and called Robins plumbing and they came out within the hour. ****** found the issue and took care of it for us. He was awesome and very friendly and professional. Gave us info on rocky mountain restoration too..

      When I needed help with my hot water heater I went to ****** and checked out plumbing companies I found the reviews for Robins Plumbing were plentiful and positive, I made the decision to use them based solely on those reviews. Im not disappointed in any way. From the beginning they were helpful and friendly! **** answered the phone and he was so professional while still being friendly. ******* came to my house, got my hot water heater pilot light relit (taught me how to do it myself), checked everything out thoroughly. House was built in the 50s and I really didnt know what to expect. Their evaluation of the plumbing revealed shoddy work from an addition to the house that was really plugged up, it would have failed completely soon. Im so glad for their technology and expertise, Im much more confident in the future!******* and ******* had the faulty parts replaced finished quickly and efficiently, the yard where they made the repairs was cleaned up, if it wasnt for the disturbed ground youd never have known they were there!I would recommend Robins Plumbing to anyone whos worried about what to expect. Theyre going to take good care of your home, keep you informed of every step the process including pictures and videos of everything they work on. Rest easy, Robins Plumbing has your back!
