      Over priced!! Made my grandpa thats 91 year old veteran pay 170 dollars for basically nothing. Would never use this company or recommend robins plumbing. We called cause we had toilet issue but ended up having issues with the Septic tank. The tech also broke his bathtub drain and left a bunch of water in the bathtub. Is sad Autumn charged him 170$$and did nothing. She could've at least got a bucket and took the water out of the bathtub since she broke the drain level.

      I was shocked to read your negative review of your experience with Autumn. ****** was surprised to read it as well. We had no idea that you were upset about your service experience while Autumn was on site. To clear things up, you did call with a toilet issue as your review states. Autumn, per her training, checked multiple drains and provided you with a consultation to confirm if this was a single toilet stoppage, a branch line stoppage or a main line stoppage. Her consultation is how you found out that you had a septic issue, not just a toilet issue, so your claim that she didn't provide a service to you could be a misunderstanding but you did receive service for your diagnostic fee. You called with a toilet issue, through Autumn's diagnosis she is the one who found you had a septic tank and that the septic was the issue. As far as the tub, she did not break the waste and over flow trip lever, it was already broken. The lever is designed to be used, she asked, before using it if it worked and was told it did. It did not, since it was old and broken and now she is being blamed for that. The tub filling with water was one of the ways ****** was able to confirm her diagnosis that the toilet was not the issue but the septic tank was the issue. The tub not draining is part of the diagnostic process that the problem was more than the toilet. Perhaps you would have preferred she didn't perform the diagnostic and started by running a cable through the toilet and wasting your money and then moving forward to find out that your septic was the issue. To imply that ****** took advantage of your veteran grandfather is unfair, unwarranted and simply untrue. We take pride in serving our community and especially our veterans. For ****** you had a service charge of ***** that was agreed to over the phone and an ***** diagnostic fee that provided you with the knowledge that this was not a simple toilet stoppage, it was an issue with the septic and not an issue with the toilet.

      Talk about service! ******* was right on time, early actually. He was very friendly, definitely knowledgeable about his job. He completed the installment of my new kitchen disposal most efficiently! I couldn't be happier with *******, and *****'s Plumbing. Will definitely use them again!

      I have used *****'s Plumbing a few times now and I have always been impressed. Show up on time, explain everything that is going on, get the repairs done quick and correct. Today it was a new garbage disposal and fixing a leaking sink. ******* is the best, he already has some proposals lined up for bigger projects we are thinking about in the future.

      I have used Robins Plumbing several times over the last couple of years and have been pleased with the results every time. Today ****** came out to change out a garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. She was on time for appointment. It was a pleasure having her in my **************** was explained to me in detail and she did a fantastic job. She was very professional and knowledgeable I did not feel under pressure and all work was done and cleaned up neatly when finished. I would definitely recommend Robins Plumbing and Autumn. **************

      I never leave reviews but am taking time out of my day to leave this amazing review so please proceed with caution when using Robins Plumbing.Robins Plumbing is unethical.. There are way too many options in the valley to go with a company that lies up front I called in to schedule an appointment for fixing the p-trap behind my washer. The lady told me there is an $85 service charge that gets deducted from cost of the work The technician and I briefly talked out what the issue may be and agreed it was probably an issue with the p-trap. Because it is behind drywall, he quoted me $250 to cut open the drywall to diagnose the problem which I agreed.Before he cut open the wall, he figured out that it was a simple fix of adjusting how the tube from the washer was fed into the p-trap. (Took him about 5 min to figure that out). No drywall needed to but cut open. He adjusted the tube and we were in business..He proceeds to come back and says the total is $200 ($85 service fee, $115 diagnostic fee).. I reminded him that I was told the $85 comes off the top for the work so the total should be $115.. He said he didn't actually do work because he can't guarantee that will fix it.. (I never asked him to guarantee that fixed it).. He also mentioned that if it didn't fix it I would have to pay ANOTHER diagnostic fee... (AKA we didn't actually diagnose it on this trip.. But I am still paying a diagnosis fee?). I explained how that didnt make sense and he agrd so he called his manager.. The technician agreed that the quote makes no sense and it was above his head. He advised me to call.I call the office and speak with *****.. He answered the phone with a sh**ty tone. He said "no work was done, but a diagnosis was made... so the fee makes sense.. but also if they have to come back out, they would still need to charge a diagnosis fee" BECAUSE NO DIAGNOSIS WAS DONE.. HE FIXED THE ***** Just save the headache and use a different company. There are a ton with good reviews.

      ****** did well clearing out the clogged sewer line on a holiday weekend. Work to fix the remaining issue in the line clog was scheduled. A very young ********* helper showed that day for the sewer repair. The young man's name is *******, and his helper is ****. ******* has a knowledgeable mindset and is very good at what he does. He grew up in plumbing, and can handle ANYTHING. ******* is far more mature than biological years would indicate. These two guys, *************** did a GREAT job, and I'd recommend them anytime for their determined professionalism!

      Prompt and competent as well as courteous, ***** was there within 2hrs of my initial call (early in fact!). Quick and correct diagnosis and helped expedite the required boxes I needed checked to get my project started. Thanks! And if I need anything done in the future Robins Plumbing will be my first call!
