Great service and a great cover. My pool was covered for the winter. Did not have to clean the pool at all. The Solar Safe Pool Cover made maintenance of my pool simple. I just checked my chemicals and water level monthly. I am so happy I bought the cover. No worries especially on windy days. There was no need in cleaning out leaves or other trash blowing in the wind. And I started my swimming season early the cover truly does help to warm up the water. I am all around happy with service I was provided. The installers were great. Took the time to show me how to install and remove my pool cover. I highly recommend Solar Safe Pool Covers.

We have had our solar safe pool cover since February. Our installers were great and demonstrated how to cover and remove the cover. We did not run the filter or add chemicals from February until May when we removed the cover. We were delighted to see clear water upon removal. I have owned my cover for two years now and it is holding up just great. I am glad I purchased this cover because I am saving money in the winter months not having to run my pool pump when I am not using it in the off season. We have had our Solar Safe pool cover for one year now. Beginning with our sales rep ***** to the installers, to the quality of the product we have appreciated this companys culture and product! First time having an in ground pool. Contacted Solar safe pool covers and we cant be any happier. It was so interesting to see them come out and measure and actually construct and make the pool cover at our house. We have an odd shaped pool with a rock waterfall, and the cover fits beautifully. The best part is we live in AZ and when we leave we put the cover on and it saves us so much money. We are on hauled water, so water is expensive and very precious to us and this stops the evaporation which helps us so much with the water situation. Especially when monsoon season comes, it protects the pool from the debris that can be blown in. So happy with went with them.Solar Safe Pool Covers

Added the cover first as a safety feature with our granddaughter, and a dog who swims like a rock. It keeping it covered during the winter months save a ton of time for spring start up.Very pleased with the service and care they took to assure my cover fit correctly and trained us on the process.I added the reel later which made the removal and re-installation a 1 person job.Still takes time and care to get the process but they have always answered my questions.Solar Safe Pool Covers

We purchased our pool cover in August 2023 and officially covered our pool in November 2023 for the winter. It's amazing the amount of dirt and blowing debris that has been collected on the cover in the last 4 months. When we have had rain, it has been easy to pump the water off the cover. Sure cuts down on having to clean pool filters. We still run our pool pump to continue to circulate the water in the pool, but have cut down on the time the pump runs. Since putting the cover on, we have not had to add so many chemicals to maintain the water balance. The cover is easy to put on (great lessons from the guys who made the cover) and take off.Solar Safe Pool Covers

This is the first year we have our cover, we have installed it 2 times since we got it. It is very manageable to put on and remove. We leave for the hot summer months and when returning the cover is dirty but the pool is clean and water in great condition. This product does exactly what we were looking for.Solar Safe Pool Covers

We appreciate your review and overview of how well the cover allows you to hibernate your pool during the summer when you are gone. So many people that are "snowbirds" have the problem of how to take care of their pool in their absence during the summer months. The Powerlock cover does a great job without having to hire a pool service company just for the summer months.
