  Wish I could give them 0 stars. Complete sham job. Asked for something that was fully retractable and the "sales person" *** advised that obsoletely can be done. They even showed a video of it being retracted. After receiving the install, and going through the walk through, I was told that what I received was not retractable at all. They dont make it anymore.Spoke with a manager who told me that was a "misunderstanding" and that there is nothing that could be done. He told me that I would get a call back from owner within 30 minutes.Fast forward a day later, the owner called and continued to say that I was lying and that there is no way that we were told that was retractable; manually or automatically. He did acknowledge that the video they show shows it being retractable, but they do not sell those.Bottom line is, please be very cautions when or if you use this company. They will misrepresent what they sell and will place the blame on you saying "its a misunderstanding".I literally paid $4,000 for a tarp and anchors that I could have gotten at ********** for under $1,500.Horrible company!

  This is a ridiculous and disingenuous review. I have tried to reason with the customer but as you can tell by reading all of our other reviews, we do not make automatic pool covers. We make manual covers and have an average 4.7 stars because we do what we say. We do not advertise automatic covers in any way, they are not on our website or literature. The estimator that went to the home has been with me for 18 years and would not misrepresent our product. He showed the niece of the customer the video of our Powerlock cover being removed manually and he says that we showed the niece a video of an automatic cover and substituted our Powerlock cover instead. Why would he say that? The reason is, which the customer does not want to mention, is that he was not part of the presentation. He was not home when the estimator showed up for his confirmed appointment. He chose to have his young niece get the estimate. He bought the cover several weeks after the appointment after we did a follow up phone call and never brought up anything about an automatic cover. I never once called him a liar and offered for myself and the estimator to come to his house and meet with him and the niece and see what might have gone sideways in communication but he refuses to do anything but post a ridiculous review. Please judge us by our almost 300 online reviews on ******* Yelp, BBB, ****, etc.

  We have a large heart-shaped diving pool. Their installation was professional and took only a few hours to complete. They showed us how to fold the cover and store it. We have large pine trees that shed and drop pine cones. The cover has made a world of difference in water savings and pool maintenance. I would highly recommend this company.
