    AdjustPros came by our house offering to help us get our roof replaced. We went through the whole process and our claim was approved by StateFarm at the end of May. We have since tried multiple times to reach this company to move forward. They will not answer calls, texts, emails or anything. We have probably spent 2 to 3 hours trying to contact them. We have left several voicemails. We have the check from our insurance but no way to cash it and get the work done as Adjust Pros is on the check as well.

    I agreed to have adjust pro fix my roof 8 months ago. No action except they tore off a patch of roof and accepted a payment from liberty mutual without my knowledge. I can't fix the roof or shop for other insurance since my rate went from 800 a year to 2300 a year because of this

    On January 17, 2024, a representative from this company visited my home and indicated that they could assist in filing a claim with my insurance to cover the damages to my roof. They reported that the damage occurred on September 17, 2023, and subsequently received $10,000 from my insurance company for the roof repair. Since the receipt of these funds, I have not received any communication or follow-up from the company. I have made multiple attempts to reach them by phone, but each time I have been informed that they are currently working with their legal team to pursue additional compensation from my insurance provider. As a result of this ongoing situation, my insurance company has refused to renew my policy. I still do not have a new roof, and the $10,000 has not been utilized to address the necessary repairs. Most recently, I attempted to contact the company again, only to find that their phone number is no longer operational and their website is also inaccessible.

    On Sept 2023, AdjustPro Solutions knocked my door offering fix my roof. They contacted my insurance company and filed the claim. They received the checks for the claim in Oct 2023. In Jan 2024 a rep showed up and said that the insurance only covers basic materials. I paid aprox 4K to upgrade the materials. He said the restoration company, NerdPower would be able to finish the job in 1 month. Not true. I called in March and April, and they didnt have a date for my project to be completed. I requested NerdPower contact information. I spoke to ****** and he told me theycshould start the job on May 3. He advised that if there were any pieces that needed to be replaced, I would be contacted to approve the removal and the cost. Nobody showed up on the May the 3. I called and was told that ****** was no longer there but the roofing crew would be there on May 6th. They showed up and started removing the old pieces. Some pieces of the fascia were damaged. They tried to replace them with interior crown molding. It looked totally different. Besides, it wont last. They removed the entire fascia without my knowledge or approval. Later, NerdPower called me and said that I had to pay around 6K to replace it or I could have it fixed out of my packet. I said that my approval was never requested of given to remove it, therefore, they had to fix it or reimburse if I hire someone to do it. On 5/14/24 I received a text saying that the roof would be finished as soon as the roofing crew were able to add my project on to the schedule and that I should have an answer on 5/15/2024. On May 16th it rained and they sent someone to finish the roof. On July the 6th, I received a certified letter. It is a pre-lien notice. I called and spoke to *********************. She explained that I need to pay the $5,700 or a lien will be placed against my property. I need some advice as what to do to avoid this injustice. I also would like to prevent other people from being taken advantage of.

    The response from the business regarding this claim #******** is unacceptable.  They are assigning the responsibility to the contractor.  I did not make the deal with the contractor.  The agreement or offer was presented to me by AdjustPro.  they should be responsible and liable for the contractors they choose to fulfill commitments they make with the customers.  Please let me know what else I can do.

    Adjustpro was contracted to manage the insurance claim (which we did successfully), you signed a construction contract with the contractor. Adjustpro has nothing to do with construction work, but i know the contractor (if any mistake or work needs to be done) will fix any service call you need. Please contact the contractor asap

    My only contact regarding the roof replacement was with a representative of AdjustPro.  He provided the list of items that would be issued in the project.  The contractor was selected by AdjustPro.  I was not given the option to select the contractor.  If I have had the option, I would have selected a responsible and efficient company.  It is very convenient for AdjustPro to take the money from the consumers and then assign the project a shady or irresponsible contractor knowing that the customer would have to deal with the consequences of it.  Companies like AdjustPro do not realize that referrals or testimony of satisfied customers play an important role in the success of their business.  Personally, I cannot recommend them to anybody who asks me who did my roof.  It is unfortunate that i had to deal with this situation.  The time and stress that it caused by this, is still going but it was a learning experience for me and those around me.

    this company signed contract since Oct ***** they have 10k and have not done anything what are you waiting for ?! Have received nothing but runaround have been doing more than what I need to be doing as a customer meaning me calling them instead of them calling me. Update :5/7/2024 I have called I have been waiting for a call back that has yet to come for the last 3 weeks. Also waiting on an email for the last 4-5 weeks thats has been signed already but since so much time has past you dont want to use it and want it signed again to start. Wasted my lunch on hold with them trying to figure it out 30 min promised to get an email by the end of day. End of day and nothing.Update :7/9/2024 Nothing has been done still waiting no money has been destined my roof has not been fixed have been calling text and no response. They have all the money from the insurance and deposit and nothing stay away from this company and **********.

    The business owner reached out only after I reached out to the BBB. I had been waiting for a call from him. They only tried to reach out that one time they call and email the same day the Better Business Bureau reached out to them. The contract was done under my father and it had been made clear that I was speaking on his behave. I was able to get ahold of him and how there is an issue who’s that was going to be done between the adjuster and the contractor. The contractor said they were done and my dad was not happy that they had only changed a few things. I had to reach out to the owner to get it, strained out and make sure the workers did not leave. The workers were also asking why it was very little work that they were doing, and that if the insurance did not cover it. They also made comments about the wood that is not being replaced. I don’t know why there is $12,000 that was being charged in about $5000 is the job being done.

    I'm sorry to hear about your experience with Adustpro, the contractor followed the scope of work from the insurance and did all the work that the insurance paid for (except for the interior work you asked us not to do, that will be refunded). A large portion that the insurance paid was to detach and reset the solar panels on the roof, so that the roof could be done. Its unfortunately the insurance didn't pay to replace the flat roofs, i promise you we tried everything in our power. But the flat roof didn't have storm damage on them, if they did we would have loved to replace them. I'm again if you feel our service was unsatisfactory but we did everything that was agreed upon in our contract, i can have the contractor reach out to for father and give him a price for the flat roofs if you like. Other then that there is nothing more that i can do.

    The main reason we need the roof done was for the flat part. That is where the water is going into the house that is where the interior damage is. I could not upload the picture it was to big of a file. That is the side of the house that is in major need of repair. Adjust pro and Nerd power said they can do it but if the insurance does not cover it and we would need to pay them for the workout of pocket. After the unsatisfied service they have done waiting so long to get this done. They did nothing inside and changed the insurance for it we were told that the removal of the solar panels was included now there was a charge for it to take off and put on they did not put it on so will there be a refund for these items. This company replace everything we did NOT need and what did NOT have an issue. Don’t don’t understand how an insurance company only cover what they did and not the main part at is still damaged. Water is still entering our home and $12,000 was provided. The company that was subcontracted was paid $5,000 where is the rest ? We are very unhappy with this and very thing they said changes to their benefit. I will be adding more of this to their reviews to make sure people think twice. We also has their staff how bad of a service they provide to customer and how we were not the only ones going thru is there was bother customer from dec2023.

    My Wife (*********************) and I initiated a business relationship with this company in December for a roof replacement project. The insurance company remitted payment around February or March. Since then, I have been proactively reaching out for updates on the project's progress. However, I consistently receive the same response indicating that they are attempting to schedule or include me in a build date schedule. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied with door-to-door sales and regretful of my decision to engage with this particular company. I feel as though I am at their mercy and lack control over the situation. I strongly advise others to heed this warning and exercise caution when considering door-to-door sales.

    Adjust Pro Solutions came around our neighborhood house to house saying they can get your roof fixed. This was around 03/25/2024. They had us sign a bunch of documents. They filed a claim with my insurance and won. My insurance sent them the first check. But what they didn't tell you was that the company they use will charge you $50k for a shingle roof and we wouldnt have to pay anything out of pocket and everything would be covered. My insurance will not pay this. I have called multiple times, emailed multiple times and visited their office, nothing. I did receive one call back after this, but the lady just said my management will get with you once she knew I emailed multiple times for refund and release of contract. still nothing from this company as of 05/24/2024. I am a military disabled veteran and can't afford their out of pocket company roof. Our solar wasn't even mentioned to our insurance for the removal and install also.

    Adjust Pro Solutions came knocking asking to fix my roof they contacted my insurance and did the claim. They received the checks for the claim and no repairs have been made. I've tried numerous times to contact them via phone and email. Adjust Pro never responded.

    I had a contract open with Adjust Pro Solutions originally with a loss date of 08/20/2020.They filed the claim ************* with my insurance agency homesite, which accepted the claim and sent out a check with the adjustors name on it.Adjust Pro solutions claimed they never received the check, so the work/contract was never fulfilled, but I'm barred from trying to open any other claims with other roofing companies because the original contract is still in effect.I've reached out to the adjustor on and off for almost 4 years now through emails, calls, door to door inspectors that see I still need to get my roof replaced (APS inspectors have been out 4 or 5 times since then usually after a bad storms in the area) trying to get a cancellation of contract so I can get my roof replaced.

    They knocked on my door around July 2023. They got my roof approved pretty quickly, then they stopped responding to me. I've called them, texted them, emailed them - no responses. The one time I got someone on the phone, which was 4/9/2024, they told me they needed to review my file and would call back later that day, they didn't. I reached out to my insurance company and even they said they can't get a hold of the ***** of ******** that represents AdjustPro Solutions. So now AdjustPro Solutions have the proceeds from my insurance claim and won't contact me. That seems like a scam. Lots of other reviews on ****** reporting the same issue with them. Avoid them, don't fall victim to them. I just want the proceeds from my insurance company and no longer want to have anything to do with adjustpro

    I am sorry to hear that our communication with you as a customer was not to the level of standard we try so hard to strive for, we have revamped our entire process and will have the highest level of customer experience for our clients.
