    Adjust Pro Solutions came knocking asking to fix my roof they contacted my insurance and did the claim. They received the checks for the claim and no repairs have been made. I've tried numerous times to contact them via phone and email. Adjust Pro never responded.

    I had a contract open with Adjust Pro Solutions originally with a loss date of 08/20/2020.They filed the claim ************* with my insurance agency homesite, which accepted the claim and sent out a check with the adjustors name on it.Adjust Pro solutions claimed they never received the check, so the work/contract was never fulfilled, but I'm barred from trying to open any other claims with other roofing companies because the original contract is still in effect.I've reached out to the adjustor on and off for almost 4 years now through emails, calls, door to door inspectors that see I still need to get my roof replaced (APS inspectors have been out 4 or 5 times since then usually after a bad storms in the area) trying to get a cancellation of contract so I can get my roof replaced.

    They knocked on my door around July 2023. They got my roof approved pretty quickly, then they stopped responding to me. I've called them, texted them, emailed them - no responses. The one time I got someone on the phone, which was 4/9/2024, they told me they needed to review my file and would call back later that day, they didn't. I reached out to my insurance company and even they said they can't get a hold of the ***** of ******** that represents AdjustPro Solutions. So now AdjustPro Solutions have the proceeds from my insurance claim and won't contact me. That seems like a scam. Lots of other reviews on ****** reporting the same issue with them. Avoid them, don't fall victim to them. I just want the proceeds from my insurance company and no longer want to have anything to do with adjustpro

    We hired these people to replace our roof around March 2023. The process started before then but the materials were delivered on March 31, 2023. About 6 months later they kept calling that we owed them out of pocket $2,458.59 in materials when our ***************** had already paid them a large amount plus $1,000 deductible. We finally got our ***************** to pay the rest after weeks of phone calls. The insurance company (Hartford) issued the check in our names and our ***************** so it was a process trying to cash it. We needed all documents and needed it endorsed by our ************ which is out of state and paid $65.00 to have it mailed next day air. The check they sent to us was in the amount of $8,230.27. My husband called Adjustpro Solutions and told him that we had received the check. That person from that company (****) i don't even know how put a stop payment on our check . It came back to us unpaid, so they received an over payment of $5,771.68 which we never got back. Most importantly than the issue with the money is that this so-called new roof is leaking. Leaking in our hall way through air condition vent. Its rained many times already and the issue has not been resolved. I sent them pictures and they sent one person to tar the roof which he didn't do correctly. We have called numerous times and they say their gonna "try" to get someone to come out, but we never receive a phone call back, they don't even answer the phone. We have left several messages and nothing has been resolved. Their greedy and its apparent that they just care about draining customers insurance. Its unbelievable that all of this is happening and we haven't even had this new roof for 1 year. Its supposed to have a 10 year warranty. This company is scamming customers.

    Back in ***************************************************************** bad shape and needed to be replaced. He stated that APS was able to get roof replacements done for free as they specialize in dealing with insurance. I explained having my roof replaced was not something I could do at that time but he convinced me to give him my insurance information in order to verify that my policy would even cover the roof replacement when need be in the future. I gave the man my insurance info and reiterated this was not something I could do at this time. He stated he understood and was just going to verify that I even had this coverage for when the time comes. The following day another man came out to inspect my roof, I was not notified ahead of time so I was a bit surprised when I heard footsteps on my roof. When I approached him and asked what he was doing he stated that APS sent him to make sure that my roof was going to be able to make it through the next few rains due to the man from the day before being concerned my roof was in such bad shape. He then left and that was the last I heard of anything. A year later I had to file an insurance claim due to my water softener exploding and while I was going over my claims with the adjuster only then was I made aware that adjustpro had submitted a claim on my behalf and accepted over $10,000 from my insurance without my knowledge and then even submitted a supplemental requesting more ******* months later. APS not once contacted me let alone let me know they had filed a claim which I had specifically told them I did not want to file and never agreed to. I then contact APS and spoke with an employee who did not know what to do or say so transferred me to a man who relentlessly tried to convince me he is here to help and if they keep the money he would have them do the roof and help me with my flood claim as he specialized in getting the most out of insurance .After hanging up with him I have not been able to reach APS since.

    After paying the deductible and after they received payment from my insurance, I was made aware that if other issues arise, I would be responsible and I decided to cancel the job. The check I received was not 75% of what the insurance paid them. After reaching out to my insurance for the claim, I noticed that I only received 55% of what the insurance paid them.

    This company came out to our home and said they could handle everything with the insurance , and all we would have to pay was the deductible. They were to provide us with the pictures of the roof and the agreement, which they never did. I know they got two checks from the insurance, which they cashed, and we never heard a word from them. This was back in 2023 in the summer. We just want the money back the insurance paid them so we can get the repairs done on our roof.

    Adustpro took over claim 9/16/2023 estimated. First call 10/11 message with update 10/26 update 11/8 update message left 12/7 update message left 12/12 update 12/27 update 1/9 update call informed rep I was very disappointed with service and that they have a large sum of money my INS has sent they need to have someone that can fully explain to me exactly what is going on and what funds they have since no one seems to know this information. 1/9 call back from manager informed me they only had 5k in funds which is lie that they are attempting yet again another appeal. And that she will call me back in 2 days. Last communication 1/9/2024 rep informed they received a 10k payment and there is another appeal requested for supervisor to call back call received an hour later on same day rep stated rep was miss informed and that was not the case. At this time supervisor informed that she would call me two days later with update. No further updates. Every Tuesday/Wednesday someone arrives at my door from adjustpro with no information but trying to get me to sign up with services. Call on 1/31 x 2 no answer left message no response hold for customer service is about 3 minutes then voicemail option only Call on 2/1 x 4 No answer left message

    Met a representative of ********** Solutions canvassing the neighborhood in July of 2023. Our roof is 16 years old and could be replaced. I live in a duplex and share a shingle roof with the neighbor. Because we own our solar this seemed like a one stop shop for the repair. We received several calls from their telemarketing department while out of town and they were not able to come to an agreement with the neighbor. Her insurance adjustor advised against using this company while my adjustor already wrote them a check in excess of 17k. So we were unable to reach an agreement and I cancelled the contract with **** in November 2023. As of January 30, **** and several calls to the company I have not received a refund check. The contract states they are *********** 30% and I am ok with that, but the refund would be great since I have already paid for a solar removal/reinstall and new roof. Buyer beware to do your do your research in which I didn't do. Work with a local company and not a third party like me.

    Adjusters came to my home because ******* does need to be replaced. We did all the paperwork and the adjuster left. Haven't heard back in a few months. Apparently a check was made out to them and cleared. I've called multiple times to 2 different numbers and still nothing. Very irritated. All I want is ******* to be replaced as we had discussed.
