    ********** came to my door offering services to repair my roof. Turn out to be a third party that never informed us about their fees. They made a claim to my insurance about replacing my roof shingles back in April, it is November and still job has not even started. I got ahold of my insurance and they said they sent a check to ********** several months ago. I got ahold of ********** and now they are asking me for more money to start working on my roof. I started seeking for legal advise because it seems like a scam, now i started getting leaks in some areas in my house because of my roof damage. Still hard to believe that there are Companies like this one in America taking advantage of families in need and getting away with families Insurance Money.

    My main complaint is that they keep you in the dark about details of the claim approval, the breakdown of their overpriced repair estimates, and do not provide you anything in writing. The "adjuster" will tell you that you are free to use any company you'd like for repairs but fails to mention that Adjust pro intends to withhold 30% of Insurance claim check amount. I was never provided copies of initial agreement or Pro-Tec Roof work estimate, I have called adjust pro several times to inquire about this (most recently on 10/24/23). I have not received one thing in writing so far. This seems like a deceptive tactic. I have confirmed with another customer that they also did not get copies of their agreement. This company does not operate with transparency, they only want to send their contracting company and pressure you into accepting their overpriced quotes and their extra fees/charges. I am requesting copies of agreement and **************** estimate. I do not have high hopes or trust in this company (AdjustPro Slutions and it's partners), my desired outcome is the the dissolution of agreement and the release of full Insurance payout.

    My son was convinced by them to engage there services. My son does suffer with mental illness. My wife got involved asked to be released from any contract. They agreed, however never returned the money.There customer service people said that the release papers were issued on 21st Septeber. However they asked our insurance company fir more money on the 25th September.They have never carried out work for us. How can they possibly ask for more money.Our insurance company thinks My wife received the check because it required her signature to process it.All sounds like FRAUD.Please look into this company and at the very least, revoke their BBB endorsement.Thank you

    This company is a scam. We were first contacted by *******************************, one of their canvassers regarding a new roof. He painted a very pretty picture as to how everything would be. This was back in September of last year. We were told they would get the insurance company to pay for everything. Communication throughout was horrible. ***** kept telling us that this person or that person should be contacting us and they never did. Finally we were contacted by ****, who came out to go over our options regarding type of roof, color, etc. We had been told by ***** that they would ensure the insurance covered everything. When **** came out, he said the insurance was only covering a certain portion and we were going to have to pay for the rest of the roof not covered by insurance plus the $1000.00 deductible. We were in shock and disbelief. According to them, insurance was going to pay less than 50% of the repair. We waited 4 months in radio silence. Then we got a check from the insurance for $4000.00. I was able to reach ***** and told him about the check, and he said to keep it. So we did, until the check became out of date because ************ was also named on the check along with us. So we got in contact with another company and signed with them. When they started to help us, they were blocked because we had not obtained a form releasing us from the contract with ********** Solutions. Not only that, but the insurance said, just like many others on this page, that ********** Solutions had been paid. When contacted, they said they did not have the money. Then, when I said I wanted to be released from the contract, they said they needed to investigate what happened to the money. Huh? You said you don't have it? So I am now waiting until the 9/25 for my release letter. If not received, I will be seeking legal help and advice. Up to and including lawsuit if needed. I seriously pity the fool who uses this company. They should have been put out of business long ago.

    On 8/28/23 a sales representative for this company approached my door ignoring the no solicitation sign and rang our doorbell. When they attempted to knock again I asked them via doorbell camera microphone do not knock again as we were inside working and putting a baby to sleep. The sales representative chose to ignore my request to cease communication and rang my doorbell again. After I opened the door this time around there was no apology only a continued sales pitch. The sales representative did not leave my property when asked to leave.

Especially with people at the door, for this we are deeply sorry. I have a new born myself so i understand the frustration your are feeling, and this canvassers behavior will be address. I am proud of the men and woman on our team that *********** in 115 degree heat that truly want to help as many people as they can a day, but that being said this behavior is unacceptable and i will handle it myself. I apologize again about your experience, but i thank you for letting us know so we can get better and service the communities and our customers in the highest standard.

    I have signs on my property that says" NO SOLICITING, I am not interested in buying anything you are selling "Yet your agent still rung my doorbell and disturbed me from my rest at 8:30pm in the afternoon. This is UNCALLED FOR. Agents need to read and obey home owners requests!!

    This company is scammers!! my insurance told me theyve had my money for months. Never did any work on my roof!!Wont answer phone calls/emails Made me sign contract the first day then I never seen or spoken to them.My insurance wants to see the repairs they paid for and I cant show them anything because of these thieves!!     Wandering representative came to my door, and despite no soliciting signs, signs clearly stating not to knock on my front door or ring my door bell if you are attempting to sell goods or services, in any way, ******* proceeded to knock on my front door, ring my door bell and loiter, hoping to have an answer.Based on other BBB complaints responses, this company stated 5/5/2023 they have made efforts to update their phone system and effective communication. But their website has ************ (Goes to voicemail only), ****** Business page has Phone: ************** (No longer in service), and BBB company page has ************ (Goes to voicemail only)This business is abusing the elderly, taking advantage of the poor and disenfranchised by forcing them into contracts.

    We apologize  for the inconvenience, do to our best to help customers that have damage to their roof. are phone system was down for a short period of time, but our website and ****** number goes straight to our office and people are available to answer any call between 9am-5pm daily. We will do our best to not knock on this customers door again. We help thousands of customers a year get their roof replaced through insurance and we have a very high standard with our customer service and handling of our customers claim. We absolutely don't advantage of anyone, and we have thousands of customer that say we helped them when they thought they never had a chance to get they're roof replaced and we did.

    A rep came out to my home in Dec of 2022, talking about how they could repair my roof I wrote them a check for the deductible of $2224 they then told me my insurance would pay the rest. My insurance gave me two checks one for $5753.96 and another for $8714.07 equaling to $14468.03 from my insurance. I gave the man the 3 checks on Feb 17th 2023. He told me he was going to send the checks to his home office in ******* and have not been able to get in contact with the representative that came to my home since giving him the checks. I called my insurance company and was told that the checks had already been cashed. I have called about 4 or 5 different numbers trying to contact adjustpro solutions to see what is going on, but havent been able to speak to someone. I just want either ALL the money back including my deductible or for someone to come do the work on the roof like I had originally wanted.

    I was having a glass of wine when a rep came to my door and said my HOA sent them to cover all the roofs since the nasty storm. We have a lot of elderly and I hope no one also signed without knowing what is going on.I called so many times that I gave up. I didn't think anything of it until my insurance recently told me they paid them and they can't help with my roof. Since Sept 2022 this business has sat with my money, in silence. Phone issues or not, how can you explain this many months just "no big deal" with a customers money and roof needing to be fixed over their head? How can you justify not ONCE calling me, emailing, anything for MONTHS?My insurance suggests a Civil court and my lawyer friends will assist me. I can't get a hold of them, the phone rings once and hangs up... I will wait for a call by end of day Monday to move forward with legal action.
