1 starWe had a roofer come out and give us an estimate. He brought with him a representative from AdjustPro - *****************. The adjuster took pictures of our roof and had us sign a contract that we would agree to work with only AdjustPro. They assured us that they would work with our insurance company to get the best possible resolution. It has been months (May 2023) since they came out. Meanwhile, we have had tarps on our roof creating more damage when the winds and rains have hit. We keep getting told that "it takes time" and have yet to get any answers. It has been well over the 20 days timeline for our insurance company to respond to their demands. The foreign speaking woman at AdjustPro does not have any information. The representative ***************** is no longer responding to texts or phone calls. I will change my review IF there is a resolution. Right now, all I can say is this company appears to be a total scam!Review fromEmily K

HARASSING AND UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY! We have never experienced such an arrogant and unprofessional individual and company before this kid knocked on our door last night at 7 pm. He bypassed the multiple no trespassing, no soliciting signs and justified doing so by saying he isnt selling anything. Unsure how uneducated your recruits are, but soliciting services is sales *** REFUSED to leave our property after THREE adults advised him to MULTIPLE times. WHEN WOULD THAT EVER BE APPROPRIATE CONDUCTING BUSINESS TO REFUSE TO REMOVE YOURSELF ON PRIVATE PROPERTY. I dont know what kind of backdoor ghetto company this is, but we will be calling the police the next time your salesperson shows his face on our property. The 4 star review on this ****** page has to be paid for. Youre a shady business recruiting literal high school kids and training them to not take no for answer.

I apologize for the experience you had with one our canvassers, we train our people to help as many people as possible but to never get in any kind of negative confrontation at the door. We manage ***** claims a year and help thousands of people who thought they would never be able to replace their damage roofs, but we do. Again i do apologize for your experience and *** will be address on his behavior, but we have people of all ages that work for us and i'm proud of our team. These men and woman *********** all day in 115 degree heat to help people who are in bad situation that *** feel lost, till one of our great canvassers knock on their door. We also don't pay for reviews, those reviews come from the people we have helped through the hard work of our great men and woman who care about this company and each one of our customers.Review fromHernan F

I think it is a giant fraud. They inferred our HOA asked them to check roofs for damage. They claimed they found damage and would report to our insurance company and roofing company. They further stated they would email me the photos they took of the damage, and also any documents I signed. I received nothing from them. I notified my ***************** and *************** to not deal with these people. They appear at best to be dishonest, trying to scam insurance companies. I sent them two requests for the photos an documents, all I got was a recording. The telephone number they gave me is a 602 area code.AdjustPro Solutions LLC
