  I'm a disabled Marines who has been displaced due to a tree falling on my home. CRS that I should be able to rent a home comparable to mine. I lived on 2 plus acres so my service animal could run. I was shown two homes, the first was invested with bats. Now I had to take the second home which ***** invested home. It's right on the highway. I have ****************** and sleep is important. Really hard to sleep when you are living on a HIGHWAY. The refrigerator is so rank. The porch holds water so the mosquitoes are bad. The man who rented this out, said that he would buy a dishwasher, because I have raynauds, I also have PTSD due to time serving in the Marines. The landlord said that he would buy the dishwasher and we could install it. I havent been able to sleep due to the noise at night. I also told *** that my service animal would need somewhere to run. Again, I am on a highway. Really not happy at all.

Based on our records and the information available, the issues described appears to stem from factors outside of our direct control. We had located a few options for you based on what was available in your area and that could do the lease terms needed. I show that these were declined due to distance. We did recommend going towards an option that would be *** accessible to make the transition more accommodating for you. The home that was selected by you was not an option provided by ***. We have contacted and informed your insurance Adjuster of your concerns. That said, we truly regret any inconvenience this situation as caused you. While we may not be in direct control of the issues you are experiencing, we are committed to excellent customer service and will have a member of our team reach out to the landlord to address your dishwasher and refrigerator concerns.Thank you again for your feedback.Respectfully,

  I had a great experience with ***** Hurry. At a very difficult time, he helped find a secure the housing that I wanted and needed. He was super reassuring and made me feel that everything would be ok and he would take good care of me. And he did! He worked with my adjuster to get me and my husband the places we wanted to stay in without a lot of headaches or stress. I really appreciate his kind help during a terribly stressful time.

  *************** from CRS Temporary Housing provided quick and professional assistance. Once our insurance approved housing, I was sent a text and I ultimately began working with Mr. ****** He explained that he could assist with locating a hotel but I asked if I could instead select some close to work and home. Mr. ***** stated that all I needed to do was send him a text with some hotels to see which one would be approved. I made my selection and the hotel was quickly approved. I very much appreciate his help. We are quite stressed with trying to get our home repaired but having a place to stay very much alleviates one of our many stressors.

  ***** Hurry at CRS temporary housing really went out of his way to make sure that we were taken care of it after I lost and just drop situation he went above and beyond everything that we imagine.
