  ***** was very comforting to speak with. I arrived home after being away for a few days to find that a pipe had somehow become disconnected and water was everywhere. Needless to say I was at a loss as to how to proceed. ***** was a great help. His knowledge and caring attitude really made me feel much better.

  I think it is extremely wrong and misleading for CRS Temp Housing to place you in a hotel that eats up your living costs. They placed me in a hotel that I could have gotten much cheaper on my own, claim to get the best rates possible, not at all. All lies. I was told that I could help look for a rental property for x amount so I started looking, I couldn't find anything in that price range. Then a few weeks later the Temp. Housing agent calls me, and she finds a property for triple the amount of what she told me I could look for. Unreal. Guess what....now almost 3 months later and I am out of my living expenses. Why? Because I was placed in a hotel that is ridiculously high, I could have booked it on my own for much less. And, if I was told there was wiggle room in the monthly rent, I could have found a rental weeks ago. I was only ever offered 2 properties to go look out for placement. TWO. One was the one that was triple the amount of the rent I was told I could look for and the other one was a listing that was listed inaccurately. So now my family in the winter is SOL and we will have nowhere to go because of the lack of judgment with your company. Who I was told would assist me in finding a rental to stay at until m y home was fixed. Completely unethical in my opinion.

  ****** did a great job procuring temporary housing for us while our hose was being repaired and made some needed changes to our scheduling changes at the last minute, due to a delay with the contractor. It was all very seamless for us and he helped reduce our stress level.

  We were so pleased with how helpful everyone was at CRS, to help us during this difficult time after our disastrous housefire. Everyone was very clear with all forms of communication, phone calls, emails and texts, and if I forgot to get back to somebody, they were very nice to get back to me. They handled everything with approving our rental home and taking care of our long-term stay in the hotel and to altering the rental furniture for our needs. Thank you CRA **** and **** M
