Allstate is a quality, professional top notch company. From the owner (who is available and invested in offering great work) to the project manager ****** who was on site and keeping quality work priority one. The team was very hard working and conscientious. From every person on the job I was so impressed with their focus and work ethic. Selling a property in the ******* area while living out of state. The inspection required some roof repair. Received a referral from a friend who lives in *******! Called Allstate to accomplish this and so glad I did. Even though I didn't see the result of the repair, it passed with flying colors. The supervisor's communication was excellent. Giving me a status and update along the way. From scheduling, to dropping off material, arriving at the house to job completion. Then the main office followed up as well. I don't find this high level of communication very often. I would highly recommend Allstate without any reservation at all. My experience with Allstate Roofing has been a very positive from the moment of first phone contact to completion of the roof. The project manager came within two days to evaluate and talk about options and given a quote shortly after his visit. The workers arrived each day early and worked till evening completing the roof in three days time. Each evening before the workers left their equipment was put in a place that did not block or restrict areas. The area was checked for nails and debris blown off walk ways daily. Good experience from beginning estimate to the finished roof. I was given the choice of repair or replace whole roof. I chose to do whole roof. Presentation of services offered was excellent and time was taken to answer all questions. The project manager kept me aware of progress. I was so pleased with the finished roof. The neighbors all commented on how nice the roof looked. No more leaking and the peace of mind was worth all the research to find a good company to do the job.
