Excellent communication with on site superintendent, crews cleaned up daily which allowed our grandkids to play in the yard when crews left for the day. Job was completed on time. I would highly recommend Allstate Roofing whether you have a minor or very serious roofing problem. They responded quickly to my roofing problem and gave me a fair and honest price quote. They were extremely professional in every aspect of the project and had outstanding communication skills. From the start to the finish they were thorough in dealing with every aspect of the project and responded quickly when there were minor problems. After careful research/analysis, I chose Allstate Roofing to replace the underlayment on our new (to us) 25-year old house with a cement tile roof. From the detailed original contract (with several options, such as single or dual layer underlayment), through the installation process, things went extremely smoothly, and without a hitch. The crew was terrific, and the on-site manager, ******, was readily available to discuss small issues that came up during the re-roofing (such as some stucco cracks in a wall facing a flat portion of the roof that I could not see, but they patched without any further charge). Every day, everything was cleaned up, and while the entire job took slightly more than six days (from the anticipated five), there were no complaints and everything went smoothly. Even the matching of the inevitable new cement tiles with the original ones was done with care and precisionand advanced consultation with me. I pay a lot of attention to detail, and Allstate Roofing did also. The price was fair (particularly considering the guarantee), and, on completion, everything looks great.Phoenix Roofers by Allstate Roofing Contractors

Ours was a very large re-roofing project with a complex roof. Once contracted, Allstate Roofing just had to fit us into their schedule. Every day the 5 man crew showed up on time in the morning and left work right on time with a well-deserved lunch break. They cleaned up the surrounding yard at the end of each day. Supervisors showed up each day to assess the work (they manage several jobs at a time). The projected deadline of 5-7 days was met. The employees took their time to DO THE *** RIGHT. Essentially, they really busted their tails working really tough days to complete this job. I was updated each day about any minor issues. Overall, this job went as well as can be expected (since every job has some hidden discoveries)Phoenix Roofers by Allstate Roofing Contractors

Allstate Roofing did an outstanding job on our roof. We had 2 layers of underlayment installed under the concrete tiles It doubles your warranty which is a no brainer for not much more money. Everyone from **** the owner who bid the job,******** in the office that handles many aspects of the job, to the crew of 5 hardworking young men doing all of **************** work,to ****** the ******* on the job. We could NOT OF BEEN ANY MORE PLEASED. It is refreshing to know that you can STILL get good quality work done and be proud of what they accomplish. The work site is cleaned up EVERY DAY at the end of the day and upon completion of the project.
