I found a mud ball on the ground. I called Allstate Roofing and talked to a real person. Scheduled an appointment and **** showed up bright and early and on time. He checked for a missing mud ball and determined it was from my neighbors home. He went ahead and checked over the entire roof and found that it was in great shape. Took all of maybe 15 minutes. Very friendly and professional service. I'll definitely call Allstate Roofing whenever I have any roofing issues.

With all the rain we had this past winter, our roof developed a small leak that required professional attention. We received quotes from multiple roofing companies but our decision to select Allstate Roofing was an easy one. **** came out to inspect our roof and determined that the problem was a localized issue and gave us a quote to repair the problem. He was professional, focused on the problem area and didnt try to expand the scope unnecessarily. He explained what repairs were required, materials to be used and provided a written quote complete with images of the section of roof requiring repair. The pricing was straightforward and competitive. Once on the schedule, the office staff kept us informed of next steps and what to expect. On the day work was to begin, **** (Project Manager) and the crew arrived on time ready to go. I must say that this was as painless as it gets. These guys were good! Finished the job that day, cleaned up and left my home without a hint they were even there! I will not hesitate using Allstate in the future. I was very pleased with this company from the beginning to the end. They were very good at communicating each step. From the staff in the office to the superintendent on the job. **** with Allstate Roofing recently completed a repair of a few wind damaged tiles. Allstate was prompt, communicated well, and followed up after the work was completed. **** was on time, got right to work, and explained what was damaged. Allstate Roofing is at the top of my list whenever I need to have repairs or install new roof tiles. **** the owner was knowledgeable and did not push his own agenda. He was comfortable to speak with and answered all my questions as well as explained procedures when he arrived to look at the roof to submit a bid.I would like to thank the supervisor ****, his partner and the crew, they did a great job roofing my home. ****, his partner and all of the crew were professional, courteous and had a general concern for my satisfaction that far exceeded my expectations.Phoenix Roofers by Allstate Roofing Contractors

5 starsWe have a flat patio roof that was the original when the house was built in ****. The roof was leaking at the drain scupper on two of the four.Allstate came out and gave us an estimate to replace roof and replacement of any damaged plywood. They took pictures of areas that needed to be replaced. The repair was completed in a day and a half. Allstate was very professional with phone conversations and on questions about the roofing materials they were going to use. All old materials were cleaned up disposed of.I would recommend Allstate Roofing to anyone looking for flat roof repair.Review fromMichael C

AllState team was great from first contact until final inspection. They will give quote via email without sending a salesman to pressure you. We got other quotes and they were right on same price with the others, plus used a higher quality of underlayment. Had the longest warranty periods and offered a double underlayment option, for 10% added cost, but doubled the warranty to 30 years. Our project manager was ************************* and one word will sum him up, SUPER !!! in every way. So were very pleased with AllState.Phoenix Roofers by Allstate Roofing Contractors
