1 starDO NOT WORK HERE OR HIRE DELTA SECURITY GO WITH ANY OTHER COMPANY EVEN ALLIED or ********** and that says a lot.Only benefit to this company is they provide all gear such as taser, firearm and duty belts.Paychecks are late every single payday. I worked there for a year and every paycheck since my first one was either late or it bounced. They dont offer direct deposit so you have to go to the office and get a paper check and hope it doesnt bounce or that there is funds in their bank account.They promoted two supervisors who have NO supervisor experience and who sexually harass you and talk about things that have no room in the work place. Literally a lawsuit waiting to happen.The Employee Experience Manager is just the owners daughter and does NOTHING for the employee experience she just has a glorified title.There is no room for advancement because the operations manager only promotes guys that fit into his boys club they dont promote people who work hard, are loyal or have the experience/skills to do the job.********* ARE ALWAYS LATE, EVERY SINGLE PAYDAY.Delta Security has so much potential but the owner has kids running the company who have no actual experience. They need to fire and replace the entire admin staff as well as patrol supervisors with people who have industry experience and the necessary qualifications to be in their ************ is nonexistent and when you have an issue or a payroll concern you can call and theyll just say theyre in a meeting and theyll call you back when in fact theyre just sitting in their office avoiding having to speak to employees about any issues.I loved working for delta solely because of my *********** and the job was fun at times that is all. You will never be appreciated for working overtime last minute or coming in on every day off because no one wants to work because they havent been paid.Instead of addressing employees concerns they started a new company Phoenix securityReview fromBlanca Z

I recently accompanied a friend to pick up his paycheck from this employer before heading to bank to cash it (Please note this company does not offer direct deposit to their employees, now I understand why). While waiting for my friend in the car I heard two other employees complain about the company as once again their paychecks were less than expected and were worried if they checks could even be cashed at the bank. It appears Delta Security is known for issuing paychecks when they have no funds. Some banking institutions and even check cashing companies won't even touch! I shared this with my friend when he came back to the car and he sadly confirmed this is true. My friend says it has happened to him before and various of his employees. Apparently days and even weeks go by without employees being able to cash their checks. I hope their employees get the courage to report Delta Security here as well as the ** labor board and State district attorney, they should not continue to continue to conduct business and collect payment from customers and don't pay them employees. ** I will gladly collect employees names just to see them get some justice!! Delta Security, DO BETTER!

unfortunately this is a disgruntled employee that no longer works for us and we have been getting Random reviews from the same person acting as a friend and sometimes a false customer. We do offer direct deposit and all of our 170 full time employees are paid bi weekly.Review fromQueen S

On Oct 13 I went to QT gas station 27th ave , I in ******* ** I went in the store as usual to get ice as I went in I noticed security had on a flag which represented racism I questioned him about what it represented he responded dont F****ing worry about it I then told him Im aware it was racist he told me in a very aggressive way to shut my mouth with a racist slur I had my ice in my hand which I threw and he chased me out the store grabbed me by my sweater Im *********************************************************************************************************************************************************** a situation so scary he then put his knee in my back stopping me from breathing then putting his tazer in my face while I was cuffed on the ground I was trying to get up he left me down there with a broke knee for 10 mins when I tried to get up once police arrived thats when I realized my knee was broke I was so in fear I didnt want to ride to the hospital thinking they would kill me however once officers calmed me down I am now in rehab after a 5 hr surgery I have PTSD and very bad dreams I need help fighting this with black leadership I am being retaliated against by the undercover agents who are intimidated me through the entire city , I am very aware of the tactics and trauma being put upon me and my children. This elite corrupt entity and secret ********************** will not silence me . I will continue to fight for my rightsDelta Security Services

I previously responded to this review. the female in question filing the complaint assaulted our employee and the female was arrested. at the time our employee was at the qt to use the restroom when he was attacked by this female. the entire interaction was caught on camera
I would appreciate the review was removed as our company was the victim in this case
