    The date of the transaction is May 21, 2024. I paid the business $154.11 on that date. The business Stage Coach Express also known as Blue Van Shuttle comitted to provide point-to-point custom transport shuttle service for 3 seniors from the ****** train station in ******** directly to my home address in ********, ******* with only 3 senior adults as customers. It was not provided. We were driven to ************************** with 4 other adults. I made several phone calls to the business and sent several emails to ***** *******, the manager, to resolve the problem of our not receiving the point-to-point custom transport service I paid for in full. My calls and emails are to no avail. I have not received any reply to my emails. He needs to know that if and when I decide to write a review about his company, it will be a negative review.I have retained all the records of this transaction which are not in the format for uploading with this complaint.

    I contracted with this company to get me to the airport from home and get me home from the airport when I returned to *******. Monday Oct, 7, 2024 , I wa scheduled to be picked up at 730 AM. At 725 AM I received a call that they were not going to get there on time and in fact I should look for other transportation.This put me under extreme stress to make my flight and determine how I was supposed to get to **********. Thank heaven for ***** I then texted the number of the guy who called me and cancelled the return trip.When I was able to call , I got a very rude female who told me that my reservation had been cancelled and I would get my money in 5=6 business days. So far they have only refunded 1/2 the amount and it is now 10 days after my trip. This company has gone downhill since the merger and I will never use them again. I want my money back!

    Issue happened on January 4th ****. I took the shuttle home from the airport after a trip. The shuttle driver pulled into my driveway and proceeded to get out of the van where it ran into my garage door as the driver didn't put the van into park. This damaged the door where after it went up it wouldn't come down again as some of the wheels had dis-engaged and the track was damaged. I had to get a neighbor to help get the door back down again. The driver apologized profusely and stated that his boss would pay to get it fixed and take that cost out of his pay. I spoke with his boss briefly and was instructed to get an estimate to get it fixed. I had a garage door company come out on Jan. 5th to do a temp fix so I could get my car in and out of the garage, I paid. Since I was not able to reach the manager by his cell phone, I contacted the business number and explained to the person answering the phone the situation where she gave me an email address to use for correspondence. I started an email chain on Jan. 7th with the amount I had already paid for a temp fix and included the estimate for a new garage door as the damage was bad enough to warrant that. The manager came to look at the damage himself on Jan. 13th as he didn't think it was bad enough to warrant a whole new door, when he saw the damage up close he agreed that it probably did need to be replaced. On Jan. 25th I received and email from him that he had completed his review with several other bids and he determined that the bid I had already received was okay and we could use them to get it fixed. I Jan. 26th he sent me another email asking to have the door company mail him the invoice and when he received he would pay them directly. On Feb. 2nd I replied to the email asking where we were at as I've not heard anything and neither has the door company. I've received no response and when I contacted the company directly they were to text him and as to call me directly, no response. Complete radio silence.
