    Worst service EVER!! I am in a wheelchair and transportation from the airport. My transportation was contracted with Blue Van Shuttle. I advised when I made the reservations that I had 2 pieces if luggage. I called the shuttle service when I got my luggage. I had wheelchair assistance and location of pickup was verified. I was told they would get there in 15 plus minutes. No problem. It was after 120am. I got a call at 147am the shuttle was there. I informed him I was waiting at the location. Dispatch informed that I had carry both pieces of my luggage to the van while wheel chair bound! Driver would not come 20 yards *** inside the door to get my luggage. I am physically unable to drive a wheelchair and push luggage. Driver waited then posted me as a no-show. I am stuck at the airport now!!!! DO NOT USE!
