I placed an order for flooring material with this company online . My order was submitted and a total of $429.11 I never received my order . I never received a response as to where my order is . They dont have anyone picking up the phones . ***** promises, false advertising a complete scam.Multiple people have complained about this same company. If and when they send me an invoice i will not be paying for merchandise i never received , therefore, i dont want this to impact my credit score negatively as i am a responsible person with a high credit score . I was doing a home renovation for a client and i wasnt able to complete the job due to the flooring they promised to send . I lost a total of $3,500 and my reputation damaged over this major scam . I want to make sure they can not continue scamming people and demanding money in exchange for nothing .Initial Complaint

I made a purchase of 7 boxes of Tarkett AquaFlor Plus Praline Maple 8-1/32" x 47-5/8" Laminate Flooring (***** sq.ft/ctn) on November 6th 2024. I have not received my purchase. I have attempted to contact the company via email, phone and ** chat. I believe the email they available is not an email address, the phone is an automated system that asks how much you spent and tells you to send an email. I purchased flooring and have had the same constant automated email reply for the last 3 months. If you're not able to provide any additional updates after 3 months of purchase - in which they took full payment... then they need to refund the purchaser of their money. On January 20, 2022, I ordered a gun cabinet from Super Arbor (total cost of $347.46.) I received an emailed order confirmation, but nothing else for several months. I finally contacted them in August, 2022, and they told me the product shipping was delayed and expected in 3-4 weeks. (This was during all the supply chain issues, so it wasn't unexpected.) This back-and-forth continued for several more months, until December, 2022, when I requested a full refund. Super Arbor indicated that a refund was forthcoming, but obviously that never happened. Despite several more requests and even a 'Notice of Breach, Demand for Return of Funds' letter from our lawyer sent recently, we have received no more replies, information, or refund.Initial Complaint

Order multi-width plank flooring. Order confirms that that is what my business bought. Shipping said that multi-width was coming. Single-width is what arrived. Nobody was here to refuse Order since they didn't even tell us it was coming.Now, they are saying that Lifeproof told them to send that since a professional wasn't installing, even though we have a professional installing it and they never asked.Initial Complaint

I've purchased a bathroom vanity and top from this company super arbor on July 23 2024. As of today on August the 23rd 2024 I have yet to receive a shipping number, tracking number, or refund. And the only thing I've received are emails of the inconvenience that I've been going through. This has been a horrible experience for me. Ordered flooring from superarbor online on July 7th and paid for the whole order and shipping up front. Before placing the order I called the sales line to confirm that the item was in stock, which was confirmed and the expected delivery range was stated by the sales associate as between July 22nd and July 29th. I received an email from them at the end of that date range indicating my order would be delayed with a new expected delivery range from 8/1-8/6. On 8/7 I received an additional email indicating my order would be delayed additionally with a new date range of 8/12-8/17. It is now 8/19 and I still have not received even my shipping tracking number for my order. Throughout the process I have called customer service over ************************************************************************************************************* my received emails from the company. The only option they have is to request a call back from the fulfillment center or a supervisor. Or the 5+ call back requests I have only recieved 2 call backs from a supervisor named **** upon my first two call back requests. One of which was days late. Now every time I am told I will get a call back it doesnt happen. I, a paying customer, is left completely in the dark and at this point it feels like my money and product is being held hostage. I have requested direct contact info for the freight transport company to which I am told they do not have any information regarding the shipping company and cannot connect me to someone who does. I am stuck dealing with customer service, which does nothing to remedy my issue after accepting payment for said order.Initial Complaint

I attached details and the narrative. On August 3rd 2022 I purchased over 27K in breakers from Super Arbor for a project I was working on. As per the attached emails they said they would ship the 3rd or 4th week of August 2022. In October I reached out as I had not yet received them and made my first request for a refund. Since that time, I have made over a dozen email and phone calls requesting a refund or for them to fulfill the initial order. In the fall of 2023 I spoke a couple times with a representative of the company and was promised I would receive payment shortly, that never happened and I still don't have the refund or any of the breakers. Additionally, they are not responding to my messages and calls.
