    I wish I could give zero stars. My experience with this tile company has been nothing short of a nightmare. I placed an order 8 weeks ago, and from the very beginning, it was a disaster. They initially promised delivery within ***** days, which seemed reasonable. However, what followed was an endless cycle of frustration and disappointment.Throughout the 8 weeks, I reached out to them almost weekly for updates, only to receive the same generic response: "We are fulfilling your order as fast as we can." No details, no progress reports, just empty assurances. I repeatedly asked for specific information about the number of boxes available and any potential updates to relay to my customer, but their responses were consistently vague and unhelpful.The final blow came when I visited their store this week, only to discover that the tile I had ordered had been discontinued. Instead of a proactive update or any form of communication regarding this major issue, they simply refunded the order without any explanation or alternative solutions. So, after 8 weeks of waiting and countless follow-ups, I was left empty-handed and with a very unhappy customer.This companys lack of transparency, poor communication, and utter disregard for customer service is inexcusable. If you value your time and sanity, avoid this company at all costs. They are unprofessional and unreliable, and their handling of my order was nothing short of a disaster.
