    I placed a web order on December 24, 2024. I received confirmation right away and payment was processed. They have not filled my order to date and say that they it is due to a systems glitch. However, they did take my payment, continue to accept and fulfill NEW orders in a timely manner and refund items in my order as they become in available. If they are able to find my order and do this they should be able to fulfill my order before fulfilling newer ones. My items were mostly sale items and cancelling then reordering the items will prevent me from receiving them at the sale price. Many other customers are having the same issue. This company is playing games to prevent fulfilling orders at sale prices. I would like them to fulfill my order as confirmed and paid for. Thank you for your assistance.

    placed order on Jan 2, 2025 company president posted that as of Nov 2024 there were delays in shipping for Nov. and Dec but the problems have been fixed with new software....I can see that other customers are having the same problem placing order paying in full for said order and the company is not shipping/filling the orders in a timely fashion...Until they fix the issues and become current with the orders placed...the bbb must force them to stop selling and collecting money for items they may or may not be able to fill....I have sent multiple emails to customer support without any resolution on when I will receive my purchase!! being they are in Az the orders should be filled within 1 - 2 days and customers should receive they purchase in about a weeks time...

    Please refer to 55554094-018FF. I returned the item, paid $20 in postage, tracked it, and see that they took delivery some time ago. I keep asking for acknowledgement of receipt and a status on my refund, but my emails are ignored. I have no product and no refund.

    Spellbinders will not modify or even cancel orders once placed. They will not even refund rejected-delivery items.

    On 01/14/23 I visited a small store in ******** ** that sells Spellbinders *** products and thought I had purchased Winter Welcome Sled Die Set as the artwork of the desired set was pictured on the front of the packaging. When I got home and opened the contents the actual product was Mix and Match Holiday Greetings Die Set that has the same artwork as the Winter Welcome Sled Die Set. This is a deceptive practice and Spellbinders need to better label their products. I e-mailed ***************************************** 3 times on 01/18/23, 01/28/23, and 03/12/23 with no responses. In the first e-mailed I snipped directly from their website the same artwork of both products. I checked my spam folder to ensure their reply did not get misplaced in the spam folder. Ignoring a client is horrible service!!! I understand that businesses are short staffed and may experience delayed responses, however, to date I have not received any sort of response. The terrible deceptive packaging is NOT the responsibility of the small store I purchased these items from. I would like the product I intended to buy - Winter Welcome Sled Die Set to be mailed at my address at no charge with no shipping charges. An acceptable alternative is a Store Credit. Attempted to upload photos of front/back of product in hand and receipt- but kept getting error message.

    I spent over $500 recently with spellbinders. When my package arrived there were many items missing. I have contacted spellbinders multiple times to no avail. I really just want store credit or a refund.
