    Deceptive website and subpar customer service. We signed up for discount code on website and it clearly stated that "discount will be automatically provided at checkout", and it was not. When emailed customer support they indicated they could not do an after-the-fact partial refund and refused to escalate to manager.

    I was spending $1200-plus annually with this company for more than two years. Enjoyed their subscriptions (until they changed them) and cannot tolerate their rewards program. You would think a company of this size could prioritize their rewards program. It's difficult to redeem and as a top level subscriber, I would think their expirations policies would be more liberal. I've cancelled my subscription and will likely not buy their products again. I'd also like to question the Five Star ratings they have on their website. Others have been very vocal about their change in the subscriptions yet there are almost NO recent reviews on their website that are below Five Stars. Hmmmmm.....

    It is 2023. The shipping should not take as long as it does. Its been over 8 days and still no shipping confirmation. I could have driven and picked it up by now. I live 1 state over in **********. Dont buy directly from them buy from other retailers if you want to buy spellbinders products. I personally will not be purchasing anymore of their items!!!!
