      ******************************** were outstanding in the completion of the installation of our 6 new Desert King Windows on May 28th. They were very professional and careful when replacing the old original windows that were in very poor condition. They went above and beyond what is necessary in the clean up after installation was complete. This is our Second experience with replacing original windows with Desert King Windows. We would recommend Desert King Windows for any Window replacement in the future. Great Job-Well Done

      Desert King Windows installed windows in my home within the timeline and left my home as clean as they could. **** & ***** were quick, efficient, and professional. They were very pleasant, and I felt comfortable leaving them to do their job while I ran errands. This is the second time I have used Desert King and would recommend them to anyone.

      We have been dealing with Desert King Windows regarding significant and unreasonable air leakage through the 18 double hung windows we purchased in July, 2023.
      During this time, we have had service technicians, and more recently, an Anlin window representative and our original salesperson, Brand back to inspect our windows. The Anlin rep shared nothing but window "specs" and said our windows were fine after a very brief evaluation. The Desert King Windows salesperson, however, immediately acknowledged the air leakage through our windows and promised that he, Jayson ******, the owner, and/or James *******, COO, would be in touch with us in a few days with a resolution.
      After 3 weeks of no contact from DKW, we emailed Jayson ****** and James *******. Then, after a week of James requesting more time to discuss our situation with Jayson, all we received was an email full of window specs. The most notable statement in Jayson's portion of the email was that the double hung windows that we ordered, are 5 TIMES less efficient than the single hung windows, despite being more expensive. This information was not indicated by the salesperson during the purchase, nor in the Anlin window brochure. James and Jayson, again offered to remove our double hung windows, and replace them with single hung, at no cost. We do NOT want single hung windows, as they are what we originally replaced (18 of them). We live in a three-story home, and single hung windows do not suit our needs. We advised we would consider a refund or partial refund as a resolution, as we are 100% dissatisfied with the product. Again, no response from DKW.
      We suggest anyone considering DKW for replacement windows to go elsewhere. The product in our home is terrible, and their customer service is even worse.

      Very satisfied with the quality of work performed by Desert King during the installation of my replacement windows and 16 foot sliding glass door.I especially want to note the special service provided by the following: ******************* and ***** - did an outstanding job of the actual installation. **** kept me informed of the daily progress and ***** kept the work going by having all the tools and equipment ready. ****** and ***** - finished off the trim work around the sliding glass door. ****** actually stopped his work to offer my wife assistance as she returned from the store and had her hands full exiting the car. ***** reattached another door trim that had come loose during construction.*******************

      We had most of windows in our home replaced. The installers were efficient and pleasant. They cleaned up after themselves and answered any concerns we had during the installation.

      Desert King Windows just completed the installation of two windows and a patio door at my ***************** looks great. **** and ******, the installers, were efficient, knowledgeable, tidy and polite. Im very pleased with the finished job.

      Great company and wonderful to deal with. No high pressure and very knowledgeable. ******** and ****** are a great team. We are very happy with the work they have done. I would highly recommend this company if you need windows replaced.

      We are very pleased with the service and the quality of the work. We had all the windows in our home. The installers were very courteous and did a great job. Our electric bill went down over $100 a month after the installation of the windows. I have recommended them to some of my friends in my art class in Vegas. Great company!!!

      Had them install kitchen window in 2009 with a Life Time Warranty. Called them in November of 2022 stating that the frame was broken on one of the small bottom windows. They sent someone out to look at it and then someone came and took pictures. They say Window Mart (there supplier at the time) is responsible for repair who they don't use any more and say they have contacted Window Mart. I also called WM 5/11/23, spoke with **** who said will send to Desert King. Also, called DKW on 5/11/23 and 5/24/23. I spoke with **** at DKW windows again on 5/31/23. New supplier for DKW is ********. I asked him to send them out to repair it and they said they can't do that as frame/materials are different. I also was told by DKW at that time that my Life Time Warranty was with Window Mart which I was never advised of at the time of purchase. Everyone keeps passing the buck and I still don't have a repair as of 6/20/23. I would never have used them if I knew dealing with issues would be so hard, frustrating and time consuming. I am very unhappy with them and don't even want to give them a star rating but have to give them one so will check one star.
