      We had several windows leaking in our home, got several estimates and chose to go with Desert King Windows. The knowledge of the Sales Manager Brandt ***** was impressive. He answered all my questions and thoroughly explained their product. The overall quality and lifetime warranty were hard to beat for the price. We were told up front it would be 10-12 weeks before they would be ready which is exactly what every other company said as well. The day before the install I was contacted to be ready tomorrow along with an email of how to prepare. The next morning Willie ***** called to let us know he was on the way with an ETA. Willie was such a pleasure to work with, punctual, polite, professional and a overall great guy. I was so impressed with Willie and his helper, the end result showed their professionalism. I've since recommended Desert King to friends and family and they to were also impressed with the crew and the windows. We will be replacing more windows in the near future with Desert King Windows. Highly recommend Desert King! Thanks again...

      ************** our installer show up on time was very personable and professional. In less than 4 hours he expertly install patio door and trim. ***** meticulously checked proper operation of door and lock,and left entire work area clean. Great guy, his work is awesome and my new patio doors work and look great. Big thumbs up, he get a ten ** my book. Thank you ************

      Willie did a wonderful job installing the windows and French doors. Everyone we have dealt with at the company has been very professional. Willie was very professional during the installation. We replaced our downstairs windows and can already tell the impact they make to reduce heat and noise from the outside. I highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future to replace other windows.

      I live in ****** and had Desert King Windows install 10 windows. I chose Desert King because of their price, a local company at the time and a great lifetime warranty. Five months ago I reached out to them for warranty work. I was told that they would covered the warranty. However they had relocated to *******. About a month later a representative arrived and measured for the replacement window. Well, after 5 months I am still waiting for my window. After numerous phone calls I have been told that they no longer carry that brand. But they would reach out to the original manufacture and have a window made. Still no window. I tried to reach out to the owner/manager to offer several solution to this this problem. I believe a good business man could solve this.Very disappointed.*********************

      I had 8 windows and 1 patio door installed today. **** and ****** did a wonderful job. They protected my home by covering items with plastic, thorough cleanup afterwards. They worked hard all day and were always ready to answer questions as the day went along. I started the whole process in mid January and 2 months later my windows are in. I couldn't be more pleased and also beat the heat. I highly recommend Desert King.

      JR did a great job installing 2 windows & French doors. We’re so happy with the look & quality. It’s much quieter now in our bedroom since we’re on a busy street. All our windows & doors are original to the house of 48 years so they were very nasty. I plan on replacing the rest of our windows & doors soon.

      Great company. J. R. Ortega and his crew very knowledgeable, very nice and helpful. Our home approximately 30 years old and very drafty. It was the best alternative to our heating and cooling issues. The color, type glass perfect and double locks on windows made it safe when our great grandchildren visit. Thank you, Marilyn
