    I called Budget **** and termite Pest control because I had an issue with bees in my front yard. When I called I told them I had bees and they scheduled me for a "bee removal service". When the tech came to my house he told me it was wasps and he just needed to do a "wasps elimination service" which was cheaper that the " bees removal service". I called the office and told them about the service change because there was a difference in the price because it was a different service all together. The tech over the phone told me it was $95 and I agreed to that price over the phone and gave her my credit card information to paid over the phone. A day latter I get a bill for $125. They charged $95 and a $30 extra so in my CC account I got 2 different charges. I emailed them and told them I did not agree to that price but I did agree with the $95, They emailed me back saying the tech "made a mistake" and told me a different price. I told them I was upset and they should have not charged my CC without my consent. Nobody called me to let me know the price was different. I kept emailing them back and forth but they insisted the service is $125. I think this is fraud because they can't just have customers agreeing to a price and then they overcharge without letting the customer know, no previous phone calls, no emails nothing to let customers know the price is different. If they made a mistake they should be responsible and take care of the extra charges. I have all email documentation if needed.

    I am sorry you are confused. You scheduled a bee service for $175 when ************** arrived he told you they were only wasps and the price would be only $125.00. I have no idea where you got the price of $95.00.

    We could of charged you $175 for the wasps but that's not how we do business. I am sorry about your confusion but our price is $125.00 and always has been for wasps.
