  **** is so likable and knowledgeable..he has made an elderly woman, me, so much more relaxed in my home. I love him and this business.

  We were scheduled for service today between 11 AM and 1 PM. This is routine pest control we have done every other month for over a year. I called to let them know earlier this month that due to husbands work schedule change, we would need weekend service going forward. They gave me this window of time. It was confirmed in voicemails. A technician was apparently outside calling as of 8:10 AM. I was not prepared or near my phone because why would I be 3 hours in advance? I called the office back at 8:39 AM and was told my service was moved to 7/27 at a different time. I said why? He said it was because the technician was ahead of schedule so sometimes they move on to the next home. Why was it moved to another date and time when the technician arrived early and outside of the window.and were still 2+ hours advance of our previous service time? If youre telling me its because he finished sooner or ********** can get more homes in that day or so you can send him home early and pay him less for the shift, thats not really the customers problem. Unless youre double booking, my window of time should still be available and he should have been able to come. It was never offered. This is just bad customer service. Also the 27th is a weekday which once moreis no longer viable given our schedules and was obviously not noted on the account. We have cancelled our service permanently and are moving to another business. This is not the first time weve had issues with their scheduling. Make sure youre waiting around all day if you use them.

  I am extremely disappointed with the Budget **** termite and pest company that I have been using for the couple years. I paid for full termidor treatment a year and half ago on my home. 6 months or so after I started getting active tubes inside my house. They were prompt in sending out a guy to address issue but within a month the issue still persist in a different area. This has happened more than 6 times in 6 months. Despite repeated requests for an exterior subterranean service, they only continue to send out spot treatments. In fact, they have sent out spot treatments 6 times in the past six months. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of concern for the effectiveness of their services.The fact that they refuse to do an exterior subterranean service is even more concerning. This is a basic service that any reputable termite company should offer and not say its not covered in the warranty. When you pay for full subterranean termidor service and within months you get active termites, the company should own there mistake and fix the issue which would be to redo there lack of work. It is also essential to prevent future infestations and ensure the longevity of the treatment.I would not recommend this termite company to anyone looking for quality and effective termite treatment. Their lack of concern and unwillingness to provide essential services is a clear indication that they are not serious about their business. Save your money and find a more reliable company. No wonder why they call themselves BUDGET BROTHERS. They are on a budget for themselves, not the customers.
