      I continually get towed while my HOA contract say differently regarding parking restrictions.

      August 30, 2022 The employees at this Quicktel location are disgusting with terrible attitudes. The manager tried to give me a fake name ******* and also the representative at the front gave me a fake name ********* however both of these women have terrible customer service skills and will personally do things to your car when they impound your car do not trust this location and do your best to get this location shut down because theyre impound in cars and doing vandalization to cars and laughing at people when they come to pick up their cars these employees are disgusting and dont deserve to even have a job

      My boyfriend, who does not live at **************, and was parked in a guest spot was towed by Kwik Tow. There are NO posted signs about towing, or even who to contact. This tow took place illegally and outside of ******* Code and ******* law. We had to first figure out who took the vehicle - we thought it was stolen. Then we got in touch with Kwik Tow and they indicated it would be $140 to get the vehicle back. I had to drive my boyfriend to work at 6:30 a.m. then he had to have a co-worker drive him over to their lot, once they opened at 8:00 a.m., and they charged him to get his vehicle back.

      My vehicle was towed from my apartment for being in a fire lane, the space was not properly marked and did not meet the requirements for a fire lane in the ***************. They were vary rude and when I advised them that I would be requesting to be billed they made me have the police come down to prolong my transaction, also my truck was damaged and they refused to look at dent, and to show me pictures of my vehicle prior to tow. This is a predatory company and my second time being towed by them.

      My vehicle was towed from private property stating that it was in a fire lane the fire lane was not properly marked and ******* only red paint was applied to the curb since Im color blind I cannot see that its red which Im sure is a reason city requires 3 inch white lettering every 18 feet to state that there is no parking because its a fire lane but the vehicle was towed anyway then when I came here to get it they want me to sign a promissory note to pay I told them Phoenix city code only requires me to present a drivers license to help in the issuance of a **** not to sign a promissory note when I stated this the lady told me go ahead and get please help to get your vehicle out.
