      Purchased couch from *******. Delivery was to be 3 weeks. Was notified there would be one week delay and given a date for delivery. No delivery was made and no one notified me of delay. I was told delivery was Monday December 9th between 3-7pm. No delivery and no contact bi called and texted Updike today and no one has returned call or text as to state of couch received text saying if havent received couch in a few days to get in touch with them and they will look into this. I am left with no one answering calls and of course have already paid.

      I want to report this Company called Updike Distribution. This delivery company a big scam! All the scheduling and customer service staff are routed to *****, and they ***-schedule all of your deliveries. Drivers were extremely disrespectful and rude. And they make up stories and tell lies about you to avoid responsibility!This was the worst delivery experience I have ever had in my entire life! The driver arrived 20min early before his scheduled delivery time again, bad scheduling because of staff in *****, and no one can really help you or answer your questions. No communication between the driver and the scheduling staff! The driver called me once and I missed his phone call. He didnt want to call again or wait at all and decided to drive off. I called him back after 10min, which is still before my scheduled delivery time, he was ****** off on the phone and started yelling at me and said he was going to come back to my location. He was back after 15min. He started yelling at me on the street in front of my building, refused to deliver my item to my room, which I paid for. I demanded to talk to his supervisor, he wouldnt let me. When I tried to take a look my item, the two guys (including the driver) were trying to damage the piece of my furniture! At that point, I decided Im no longer interested in this item. And then the driver drove off again. Afterwards I talked to the furniture company, they told me that the driver had told them that I was trying to slash their tires! They basically made up a lie and illegally defamed me for something I didnt do. I have talked to my lawyers regarding this, and will take necessary legal actions. During the entire time the delivery guys were the ones that were disrespecting their customer and damaging the customers item. I couldnt believe that this company would make up a lie after they refused to provide a service that I paid for. Further more, they were trying to defame me by telling a lie to their partner company. Total Scam!

      This company is tricking companies about doing business with them, even after providing a contract that shows what is required from both companies. This company should not be operating if it works on defrauding companies
