      I would give a 0 if I could! This company is fraud and lies all around. Lied to me and wayfair, made up a lie to wayfair to try to defame me and escape responsibility!This was the worst delivery experience I have ever had in my entire life! I couldnt believe I was treated this way by this company! The driver arrived 20min early before his scheduled delivery time, he called me once and I missed his phone call. He didnt want to call again or wait at all and decided to drive off. I called him back after 10min, which is still before my scheduled delivery time, he was ****** off on the phone and started yelling at me and said he was going to come back to my location. He was back after 15min. He started yelling at me on the street in front of my building, refused to deliver my item to my room, which I paid for. I demanded to talk to his supervisor, he wouldnt let me. When I tried to take a look at my item, the two guys (including the driver) were trying to damage the piece of my furniture! At that point, I decided Im no longer interested in this item. And then the driver drove off again. Afterwards I talked to the furniture company, they told me that the driver had told them that I was trying to slash their tires!This was a complete lie!! This whole time the delivery guys were the ones that were disrespecting their customer and damaging the customers item. I couldnt believe that this company would make up a lie after they refused to provide a service that I paid for. They were defaming me and made up a lie to both me and to their partner company. I really dont understand why ******* would partner with this company!

      If I could leave zero stars I would. The customer service representatives are incompetent and every delivery I received (5 separate deliveries) arrived damaged. In particular, they drove a forklift through a dresser I ordered and didnt notify me until the delivery time. On another occasion, my couch arrived damaged. On yet another occasion, they held a delivery on their dock for 5 extra days until they had a delivery window that worked for their schedule. On the morning of delivery, they contacted me to say the item was damaged and wouldnt be delivered. How this company is still in business I dont know.
