  This is an excellent company to work with. The installers were very good, very conscientious, and ****, the lead, was excellent. As the job progressed, he kept reminding his crew to clean as they go. I wasnt accustomed to that kind of installation service. I would highly recommend this company.

  After searching through several different companies and listening to each representatives pitch, we are extremely grateful to have chosen Everlasting Window and Door to complete our patio door replacement. From the initial contact at the front desk with **** to our appointment with ****** we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome followed by first rate customer service. ****** took the time to listen to our wishes and proceeded to provide ***************** that remained within our budget without any high pressure tactics. ****** was professional and knowledgeable and her genuine and caring attitude gave us the confidence we trusted to choose Everlasting to complete the project. She and **** returned within a day or two to re-measure and verify what the project would require. Once the date of the project was set, **** and his team arrived punctually and completed the installation within a few hours. **** and the entire team were friendly, respectful, and polite and they answered any questions we had along the way. They took care to minimize any disruptions and were highly conscientious in keeping our home and worksite clean from beginning to end.We highly recommend Everlasting Window and Door with a five star plus plus rating in every aspect of the project. We have every confidence in contacting them for any future projects.

  I have had a door in process for over 9 weeks. I wanted to cancel this order but they will not let you and will not work with you at all. They are overpriced and very rude. They will return call or emails or my text message. Now they say the plant is closed or slowing down because of weather. Can someone help me with any recommendations on how to get back my money from this company the are not honest at all.

  ***,We we have been in contact with you almost every single week since the order has been ordered, answering calls, text messages, emails and returning all calls in a timely manner. This custom order was placed by you on 11/28, with your request of a rush be placed on the order. With all agreements we make sure our customers understand that because this is all custom; so once the order is placed, we are unable to change/cancel any orders as it is custom to your home specifically. We even received a call from you in December with another potential project you wanted us to do on your home (installing blinds, which you decided to not move forward with) At this time your original project has been in production for almost 2 weeks. It wasnt until the week of December 15th; we received a call from you requesting to cancel the entire original project so you could have more available funds to you before the holiday. Even though this was ordered 11/28. We were able to work with you and through jumping some loops we were able to actually cancel half of the project with NO charge to you. The other half of the project was already too far in production and we were unable to cancel it at that point; just like we discussed day of order. We have explained through many phone conversations; emails, and text message of why we are unable to do so (this custom door will only fit your home). We received this review complaint on the BBB 1/17 and as of today (1/17) your order has only been in production for 7.5 weeks. As explained; these doors are **** weeks timeframe. Just to make sure we meet all levels of quality within our company we reviewed the phone conversation we had with you just yesterday updating you on the arrival time of this door and you seemed very happy with our office, I am not sure what changed since then. We are still on track of the promised timeline of **** weeks; however understand that all custom projects take time to build to maintain the quality our company holds. We are a very honest family owned company and we thrive on doing nothing more than satisfying customers with our quality and craftsmanship. Please let us know what more we can do; as reviews like this are unfortunate given the situation.

  I will not keep this back and forth up. I was there and know what was said my mom was also in the same room. for me this has been a very bad experience. I am taking the door only cause I have to to but I will not recommend or purchase from this company again

  Great **************** during the production wait time, and installers were very clean and respectful to our home during the installation. We had a service warranty a few months after install after the dog ran through the screen door. They came out and fixed everything no additional charges. Highly recommend them for window and door replacement. Affordable prices. GREAT warranty coverage!!
