    September 27, 2021 we started having issues with 2 windows Window World Installed. The initial problem came up when we were unable to engage the night locks and the windows started to look as if they were sagging. Window World came out to look at the issue and determined the windows needed to be shimmed and the track replaced. It took until February 2022 to get the initial track delivered and it was the wrong color and needed to be ordered again. At that time the technician noticed that the living Room window needed to be replaced because of a film forming inside the window. He also worked on the second window to see if he could get it to work better but, he left it in worst shape and now we cannot even open the window without it almost coming apart.It has now been since February 2022, and we are still waiting to get the window issues resolved. Window World does not return calls in a timely manner and when they promise to get the issue straight, we never hear from them again. Over 1 year to get an issue resolved is completely unacceptable.We are starting to believe that the windows that were installed are not able to be fixed, and we may need to have a full refund if the problems cannot be resolved to our satisfaction.

    I met with the client yesterday and discussed the break down in communication and  we agreed to replace 2 windows that were originally installed in 2014. The windows should be installed in approximately 4 weeks. The client stated that they would remove the complaint at that time.

    I paid them a $1,766.42 deposit on August 6, 2022, with an understanding that my 2 windows would be installed the second week of December 2022. After hearing nothing from them, I called in December and was advised installation would have to be pushed to mid-January 2023. It is now February 2023 and I have still have heard nothing. I called today to get my deposit back and was only advised they would have to escalate to a manager. Between the constant delays and no communication, I simply want my deposit back, it's time to walk away from this.
