    Ordered my windows from window world in July it is now January and I am still waiting for them to finish. The building inspector came eleven days ago and failed two, still waiting for them to be fixed. Must be the worst company for customer service.

    First off want to say we love the windows and the installers were fast and efficient BUT the half screen that come with the double hung windows leaves a gap between glass and screen at the bottom, when screen positioned at the top. We like to sleep with the windows open at night. This is a design flaw, allows bugs, frogs and possibly snakes to get through into home. Woke up one morning with 4 tree frogs in house. ?? We were wondering how bugs were getting into the house. Yes I understand I can leave window open at the bottom but not an option for us, we have a cat and he possibly could and would damage the screen.

    We had 9 new windows and arcadia installed 2 days ago. The product and install was phenomenal!!!!! The crew was superb, very meticulous and attention to detail was perfect. Our new windows are simply perfect. What a great product!!Thank you Window World

    I had the worst experience with ***********, GA!If considering WW, RECONSIDER. Issues from start to finish. ALL 14 windows leak; inaccurate measurement resulting in hard hammering to push window in, causing cracked sheetrock on both sides; a second picture window with pin hole; ******************** screens that will not stay up unless I'm careful; all dirty windows; the **** SERV.MGR (C) INAPPROPRIATELY kept showing me pictures of him in swim truck ; later when I asked about cleaning dirty windows, he leaned in saying he'd come help me clean windows!! I did not know who to contact to remedy any of this behavior or window problems. I spent 5 months of this torture, many men came out without resolution. One saying the leaks were due to crawlspace and full house of. Hardwood floors. To correct the very cold winter leaks, i was advised to use a rug! I used towels and blankets to keep out leaks, to no avail. I moved my bed away from windows.Unlike me, I gave up. Working with WW was a horrific experience. It took over a year to write BBB as even reliving how awful, disgusting, disrespectful event causes great stress.We women believe we are strong, courageous, and undaunted until we are mistreated as badly on such a continuous aspect.Maybe all Window World sites do not cause this huge amount of distress, but *********, GA did. I was unable to contact the owner with calling or mailing. No wonder they keep their contact info private.

    This is not a Window World of Phoenix client. The complaint is for Window World Marietta GA. I am not certain why we received this complaint. Window World locations are individually owned and operated.

    Window World of Phoenix went above and beyond on their project with us. We installed 10 windows and a door, which was a huge project, especially in a ****s house. They got the windows to us quick and installed EVERYTHING in one day, so awesome! **** has been friendly and personable with a no pressure attitude. Which after dealing with other sales people was refreshing. He has even followed up multiple times to ensure we have been happy. Very cool! **** and his team were friendly, fast and did a professional job (clean, quick and looks amazing). The windows themselves have been working great! Its over 110 outside but the windows are cool to the touch and my house is so much quieter. We are really happy and would definitely recommend Window World of Phoenix to friend and neighbors. Thank you!

    I emailed in October 2022 to complain about a problem and am still awaiting a response. Is this the way they treat all customers? ***************, Oct 25, 2022, 8:57?AM to ******* of WINDOW WORLD Good morning ******* of Window World,As you may know, we had a problem with the salesman you sent out on Oct 3. I believe his name was *******. I called and verbally complained to a manager or owner about *******. I was given the impression that it was no big concern to him. There was no offer of any way to resolve this issue. We were not looking for any money or discounts, just looking for good customer service. This lack of care leads me to believe my wife, and I would not be valued if we became customers. Is this true?The issue with ******* was the lack of respect for my wife. He would not acknowledge her presence while giving his presentation. He answered my wife's questions with *******. My wife tried several times to *****************************, but he kept verbally talking down to her with short answers, if he answered her at all. Finally, she got upset and frustrated and left the room. After that, I told him the presentation was over, and he had to leave.On Mon, Oct 31, 2022, at 7:12?AM, I wrote:to *********************** morning *******,Is there a follow-up response to my email?As of today I have no response.

    I am not certain how to respond to Mr. ******** complaint. Our General Manager spoke with ****************** and apologized if ******* acted inappropriately and I let him know that all customers are important to us and if ******* acted in that manner it was unacceptable. I let him know that I would meet with ******* and go over his concerns. I then offered to resolve the issue by sending a different design consultant but ****************** declined. I thanked him for his feedback and have not heard back from him until now. We appreciate client and potential client feedback and I do not know where the disconnect happened. ********* initial meeting with the Mr. and ****************** was on 10-3-22.
