    Moon Mountain Mail advertise that they will forward their customers mail to the customer selected location. This business has been notifying me that they have received mail for me. I have directed them to forward my mail to my location in a different part of the state but they refuse. *******, from Moon Mountain Mail, called me to criticize my emails instead of politely asking me for clarification which wouldve been professional. They do not answer their phone, have refused to forward my mail, and refused to answer my emails. Its been 16 days now since they notified me that they have mail for me. Im currently located in the north of *******, and think it is unreasonable that I should have to drive all the way to Quartzsite to get my mail because this company will not perform as advertised and has adopted a hostile attitude towards me.
