    I have had their ************ since this past fall and its been nothing but frustrating. Withholding mail for more than several days before making it available to the customer. Especially non-peak times. I know they are trying but, they need to try harder on ******* biggest problem is they absolutely refuse to discuss mailing prices. Only stating that it "Depends." That is a problem because I can't make good choices on my end until I have at least an idea of what to expect. The part that burns me is they will just stand there and stare at you. It gives me the impression they are daring me to act out so they can have an excuse to kick me out of the building. They don't seem to care. Maybe they do. They look at you and act like they don't.I also believe they are pocketing the Flat rate discounts instead of passing that through to the customer. Which, isn't illegal but, its definitely a testament to their character and Business morals showing no appreciation for their customers.I know they are a new business but if they don't show they are trying and that they appreciate me, I have no Problem voting with my feet.I don't want them to reach out to me to "Fix" this. I will resolve my grievance with the BBB when I see positive changes. Thanks

    I had high hopes for this business since *** ***** did a video on them. Within one season they have imploded. My time sensitive mail is delayed over 2 weeks. I call them and she hangs up on me.Going back to the old mail service in Quartzsite
