The customer service at this ********************** is very disappointing. Save yourself the brain damage and go somewhere else. I came down to the nursery and hand picked the plants that were supposed be in my yard, because I was looking for healthy thriving plants. While checking out the cashier told us that delivery was 4-5 weeks out. She then told us the date and I put it on my calendar. The date she set was actually a month later. Come delivery day, they bring some ***** **** plants completely different size than the one I personally tagged. Frustrated by the whole process I call and the manager had the worst customer service. She charged me an extra $20 because the cashier charged me for the wrong plant. I personally think that they should have just brought the correct plants. But I paid the $20. The way the manager spoke to me was so ridiculous. She wouldn't let me talk. Talked over me. Raised her voice. She said they have young girls working the front and it's my fault for not looking at the invoice. I'm sorry, what! She then said that I should shop elsewhere in the future. She acted like she was doing me a favor by bringing the correct plant after waiting forever for them. I definitely wouldn't want this lady in front of my customers. She is a hot headed loose ****** that frustrated the situation 100% more than it needed to be. They finally bring the right vine and they looked like a shell of what it was when I picked it. They did not look even close to how they did when I picked them out. Only 1 flower on both vines. When I picked them they had hundreds of flowers. Either they don't care for the plants after you pick them or she switched my tag to the worst looking ones she could find and by the way she acted on the phone I could totally see her doing this. I also feel like my trees I picked look less healthy after it taking 2 months to be delivered. I got some stuff at ********** and their vines looked way better than the ones they brought, which is sad for a nursery.

I paid for Desert Horizon Nursery to bring me a new cactus and they agreed to help me assess the condition of my old cactus to replant it accordingly. This transaction took place on August 4th. They said they would not be liable if the cacti were replanted and did not survive. I told them I would not hold them responsible. On Wednesday, August 10th they came out to provide me with the agreed upon service, which was planting my new cactus, helping me replant my old one, and answer my questions about how to care for a cactus sunburn. They did not tell me when they arrived, but instead grabbed me on their way out. I asked the driver if they told him he was to replant the old cactus and help me with a few questions. He told me that he was told to remove my old cactus and put it on the truck. I told him I wanted it back and that the cactus (babies and all) belong to me. He grabbed the big arm and 2 small babies, but I was still missing 3 good sized healthy pieces. I have photos from the day before showing how healthy they are. When I called looking for them ******, an employee told me that she instructed him to take them and let them callus over for me and it was a miscommunication on her end, but she would call me back the next day to check the truck. No one ever called me. I called back and they finally responded today. Now they are saying they made a judgement call that the cacti were not salvageable, so they removed them from my property and threw them away. They were healthy and they don't get to take my property, but they did. The man I spoke with calls himself ******. He would not authorize replanting my cactus and waiving the delivery. He had to ask his manager. He called me back to tell me his manager said no to delivering and replacing. When I asked to speak to his manager, he said he is the owner and that there is no one above him. He verbatim admitted to me that he lied about checking with a manager to get off the phone. I want back what belongs to me.
