    We began working with *********************** owner of One-Five Designs, LLC in Sept. 2023. He was contracted to provide building plans for an approx. 575 sq ft casita on our lot in *******************. ******************************************************************. He required 1/2 of the total sum to be paid prior to starting the drawings. This was paid on September 11, 2023. The 2nd half to be paid when he completed the plans. He completed the initial plans that were submitted to **************** on Dec. 04, 2023. We were notified by ****** that the final payment needed to be paid while we were away in ***** for my dads funeral. The plans came back on or around Dec. 19th, 2023 with multiple red lines needing corrected. We asked that he correct these prior to giving him the 2nd payment due to the past several months we had very limited responses from him via phone calls and texts. He then threatened to take us to court. We paid the 2nd and final payment to him on Jan 4, 2024. He said he would make the corrections and have them back in 2 weeks. After multiple texts and phone calls we received a text on Jan. 31, 2024 from him saying he had been away for a funeral in **** but would have them back to us on the following Friday ( Feb. 2, 2024). After another week of multiple attempts to contact him with no responses we went to his office in ********** and was told he only went there to get his mail. The receptionist did make a call to someone on our behalf and left a verbal message for him to contact us. Later on this same day we called his office number again *************) and a recording came on saying the phone was disconnected for non payment. His personal cell phone (************) number was no answer and voice mail was full. The next day his cell phone was no longer in service. We have not been able to contact him and have not had any contact from him.

    April 19th 2023 $2,800 down payment was given to One Five Design/ *********************** for architectural services on an addition to our home. July 21st 2023 Business/owner states prints will be submitted to the city and can take approx. 3 weeks to process. July 24th is the last day the Owner communicated with us stating prints were submitted and it may be 1 month for processing. After 3 weeks we reached out to the owner to get a status with no response. we contacted the city and no prints were submitted for our home. We went to the place of business with no success to communicate with the owner. No submittal number was provided by the business/owner. The week of August 14th -18th we tried to communicate multiple times via text/phone and e-mail with no response. August 20th we sent an e-mail to the owner that we are no longer seeking services and would like our deposit back. Once deposit given communication from the business/owner hastily ceased. The lack of communication was poor to not and the work was not provided.

    ******************* of One Five Design failed to complete or even start a project paid at ***** *******************. ******** **. Permits for project were paid for and and several engineering reviews were completed for the plans for the room addition project. **** failed to deliver the approved plans to the **************** with the proper engineering reviews and correct the plans IAW with the **************** Planning and ****************** $8000.00 was paid to *********************** via PayPal and work was never started or completed. Material was never ordered, contractors never arrived. Plans were eventually provided to me 8 months after the **************** canceled the permit for my property.
