this "company" is a scam! ************************ the owner/ operator of this business does not follow through with his work. we called him after finding him on **** a reputable website for people to find professionals. **** said our job was a 30 day easy job. here we are 6 months later and the job is not complete. all he needed to do was draw up an addition to the house with a garage. we try to contact him every day and do not get a response. DO NOT USE!!! I cannot stress that enough. he will just take your money and waste your time. I wish I could give him negative stars, that is how bad he is.

**** and his team did do as they promised but not in the time frame that they promised. I would try to contact him and not get a response. After several days, I would get a response with a note stating I would have something the following day... 2+ days later I would get it.One day, I emailed, called office, called cell number as well as text with response. That evening, called the cell number and sent a text message again. At the same time, I had my fianc send a text message. He got a response but could answer my call or text. Seemed like he only preferred to work with males for my experience. Our project was not much, as I had done a lot of the work already for him and just needed to have the correct stamps. It seemed like after getting our initial deposit on the project, they didn't want to continue and needed to have me pushing them to keep it going. I got many excuses that they were short staffed or other ones. I understand that but let your customers know this before they have to contact you especially when you give then a date of return on services (that had already past).I would not recommend their services.

This client was in the midst of a neighbor dispute who contacted the ******************************** to report they had fraudulent built an illegal dwelling out of a Tool Shed and needed assistance with permitting to meet the 2018 International, Federal and State Building Codes that had been illegally occupied for more than a year. The project initially was to draft up plans after a site visit. Upon completion of those plans and submission to the county for approval, the county provided corrections. Those corrections were completed and I advised my client to build out ADDITIONAL work to meet code requirements which took the client additional time to complete, provide photographic evidence of completion and amended the revisions and forwarded to the county for approval and issuance of permit and final county's inspection. The fact this client had built an illegal dwelling that put a family member in harm's way out of a "tool shed" which wasn't habitable to begin with, is an affront to professionalism and clearly shows they were more than willing to cut corners and defraud govermental entities no matter what. Their own shotty work and dispute with a neighbor is why they required plans to begin with and ultimately received permitting from my services to allow for habitability. In regards to client's assertion of misogyny, it is absolutely ridiculous. In her messages, she asserted that she was being scammed, which clearly wasn't the case. My interactions with her were through text messages, emails as well as direct phone calls, and included her boyfriend, who was responsible for the additional work needed to meet code. It took this client nearly one additional month to pay the final invoice and several reminders being sent to pay said invoice. I feel that this "review" is being posted with fraudulent intent and without merit. The client's shotty workmanship as well as an attempt to defraud the county, state and federal governments, prior to my services being required and rendered, shows their true colors and this client's explanation of the facts are absolutely abhorrent to the truth and shows their level honesty and integrity and is absolutely unwarranted and should be removed from my reviews.
