    I bought a set of NIMBIS H11B LED HEADLIGHT CONVERSION KIT. Not cheap. Even paid $17.99 for much needed decoder. The decoder in fact is a Canbus cable which stops flickering of LED lights in cars. Then after receiving order, I realized the lights were supposed to be Canbus ready. I received order and the most important cables were missing. These are the 11b extension cables. Without these you cannot install lights. I contact LED LIGHTSTREET and they tell me to take picture of all items I did receive. Well to be honest, I was insulted. The 2 cables cost $13.00 at most, so the insinuation I was trying to pull a fast one over on them was insulting. So I said I want a refund on my order as Id rather do business with their competitor, ******, who shows extension cables needed in ad on website whereas led light street didnt. So Im told, I gotta pay for shipping and theres a 20% restocking fee. At this point I was speechless. Only then did I do some research on this company and most reviews are negative. You cant even leave a review, although there are a ton of positive reviews on website. I dont recommend this company, as customer service is horrible and I think theyre not an honorable company to do business with.

We just needed a picture of what you DID receive for our records so that we could have this on file. You did not want to provide the pictures and said you would prefer to return the item. We sent you return instructions.

    I ordered lights for my vehicle and in under a year the front drivers side lights have gone out. On the website it says lifetime warranty, so I have tried to contact them through email twice with no answer, and their phone number does not actually work. If you click on the number it changes it to a different number before dialing, and just rings for a minute and six seconds. If you punch in the exact number shown, you get a busy signal and it hangs up. After now seeing all of the issues other people have been having with them, I feel like a lawsuit is a logical step. They are scamming people out if money and do not stand behind their product. I am beyond frustrated at this point. Do not use this company! There is zero communication.

    Worst company to deal with. Bought headlights with lifetime warranty. They dont even last a year and we have to pay shipping on the covered items. As much as we have paid in shipping for headlights failing we should have a set brand new that last for years.

    Tried to return my order and they took it without giving a refund at all. I reccomend just paying $20 more some site elsewhere.

    I ordered lights for my sons car for Christmas. When they hadnt shipped for some time I told them to cancel. They said no and that the shipping label had already been created. After several attempts to follow up and get my money back, they are ignoring my attempts to contact them and never shipped the lights. I ordered the lights in December and it is now March. Do not buy from them. They dont care about ripping people off.
